I have asthma and COPD. This does a very good job of helping me stay aware of my blood oxygen levels and heart rates. Keeps me out of trouble and helps my doctor know my actual status.

So you only check what the O2 is once or twice per night. Not enough for what I am paying for it. You should be checking it every couple of hours to get a good picture of what is going on. So if you don’t change that, I’ll be looking for a different app next time. UPDATE: Thank you for answering my questions. It helped me understand why there’s such a difference from night to night. And during the day. It only registers when there is no movement, every 30 minutes. Maybe they could have it check every 15 minutes to give a person, who moves a lot at night, a better idea of their night. 11/10/25….. it is not updating. I tried updating but it doesn’t do that either. Hasn’t updated for three days. 11/30/25…. I’m canceling my subscription. It does update. And at times it only gives a couple of checks a night. it seemed to work for awhile up until the last month. I need to find a better one.

I wanted to monitor my sleep apnea. The app description mentioned compatibility with Apple iPhone iOS 14.0 or later. So that answered my question and I paid for a one year subscription. When I looked for the results the next morning, there were no values for oxygen levels. It looks like my watch model was not compatible. I would like a refund, please.

Works about 20% of the time, and then only if I adjust the band to near tourniquet tightness.
  • Inconsistent— skips days of data; when it does work it only monitors during sleep

This app will monitor SpO2 at sporadic times during the night. For the last 3 nights in a row, it has not recorded any data. I wore my well-charged watch the whole time. Also, It doesn’t monitor during a workout.
  • Complete Scam

Blood oxygen cannot be measured at all! The app purportedly measures your heart rate, and then asks you questions? Where is the function for measuring blood oxygenation level? It is a total scam, $13 dollars just went down the drain
  • Waste of Money

I wish I could get a refund, I thought this app would use the tech on my iPhone to work like an oxygen monitor, it doesn’t, it asks some basic questions & comes back with “duh normal”
