  • Doesn’t measure blood oxygen

I just downloaded the app after paying the $25 fee and it doesn’t measure blood oxygen like it’s intended. Am I missing something? I will do a chargeback if I cannot use this app as intended.
  • No Email to get support

The Apple app website advertises free trials with details link all resulting in the same pop-up screen to sign up for a subscription for monthly or annual. I see nothing that allows a free trial. I think this is fraud because I’m given no option to try for free. What am I missing? Thank you

Downloaded by accident trying to show someone how to use App Store. I don’t even have an Apple Watch. Refund me now!
  • Sleep Tracking

Every time there is an IOS update, the app stops tracking the sleep. Iwatch is fully charged before bed and I still get “NO DATA” the following morning. This company needs to keep up this app with all IOS Updates, so that it does not stop working when there is one. Deleting and reinstalling the app will produce the same results. Please don’t ask me to contact support, as I’ve done that before, just fix the issues that happen with every IOS update. Thanks

  • Didn’t work with new Apple Watch

They should make a disclaimer or something kind of warning stating the blood oxygen monitor is not available on the new Apple Watch. Very misleading. Could be a case for class action lawsuit if any law firm is interested.

This app does not work well. No app support. And what’s with all the different “plans”and pricing? A total rip-off.
  • Over charge.

Be careful, I got this app and the subscription was for $29.99/year but it charged my debit card $50.96 and is doesn’t even give the actual O2 reading, it just says that it’s most likely normal. Complete waste of money and a huge overcharge. Complete trash!

They will not tell you that this app no longer functions according to its design with Apple. They also will not refund the money they falsely claim they can’t. Maybe not a scam but a dishonest business model. Stay away… from all these apps till Apple restores their oxygen monitor on the current model watches.

Bought this app for the year mainly to track my oxygen levels and it doesn’t work with my Apple Watch (series 10). I hate that I wasted $25.
