    I’m paying $24 a month. But I still need another tool for auto trimming because auto trimming with captions trims the first pause or filler word in a video only. I don’t like how I can’t edit the length of a b-roll. I still haven’t used captions desktop because it gives me the error that my video is either not 9:16 or longer then 1 minute when the video is 9:16 and below 1 minute long. I dont understand why the desktop version cant handle videos longer then 1 minute but mobile version can. Looking forward to these issues being fixed, especially the desktop version working.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lifesaver Support When It Mattered Most I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I was facing constant crashes and failed exports while trying to caption a last-minute 28-minute khutba video. I reached out for help after hours, not expecting much, but Ms. Sam came through like a pro. She walked me through browser troubleshooting, export format issues, and even explained why HDR wasn’t working—all with incredible patience and clarity. Her advice to split the video into 10-minute segments and convert it from HDR to SDR using Final Cut Pro solved everything. Not only did I get the captions exported successfully, I was also able to confirm that Captions.ai can handle 4K video (10min segments) through Safari in Private Browsing Mode—no crashes. Her support turned what could’ve been a frustrating night into a smooth win. If you ever find yourself stuck, trust that their support team genuinely shows up. Thank you again, Sam.     This app is awesome and helps me make professional content as an amateur. However I wish it had a green screen feature. I have to use Instagram edits for my green screen and then upload it to captions to finish.

    Chat assistance was great and Sam was able to help me resolve my issue. My phone had done an update and the microphone and camera were not working in the app. All good now!

    How can anyone like me who is new to take an AI can pay money instantly, even if they never use it if they offer free trial even for a limited time it’ll be very good for me and for everyone that never wasted their money. This app is really good not that bad but if they offer a free trial, this will be very good for me because I can try the app before paying money. If app is good I can definitely convert to paid user but at least I can try the app. Every single app and company offer free trial.

    Your algorithms for your AI edits automatically defaults to people. White people represent the standard because as I’m just randomly talking about jobs and people, the only people that show up are white people. Not good and not for me as my audience is diverse. Try it out for yourself and fix.
