  • Great App for Connecting With Your Favorite Artists!

    I’ve really enjoyed using this app. It’s a great way to hear directly from the artists—what they’re up to, their hobbies, their daily thoughts, and the little moments they choose to share. It’s not a one-on-one chat like the advertising might suggest, but it is a meaningful way to feel closer to your favorite idols in a natural, respectful way. The translations could definitely be improved. Sometimes they’re spot-on, and other times… not so much 😅. Learning a bit of Hangul has helped me fill in the gaps, so it’s not a dealbreaker. My biggest wish is dark mode. As an international fan, my artists usually message early in the morning or late at night because of the time difference, and opening the app at those hours can be blinding. A dark mode would make the experience so much better, especially for late-night notifications. Still, the app itself is great—easy to use, fun, and a sweet way to stay connected with the artists you love. I definitely recommend it!

    In the app, my mom accidentally cancelled my subscriptions, so I was going to renew them, and when they ended randomly I renewed them, but they didn't remember the account you started with 1 hearts again. Could we maybe change it so they keep your hearts? I have like 300. (This happened again for me today btw.)

    I like it you basically get a glance into your favorites life and see how they spend their time. I found out a few years ago that anyone who has an idol on here is in a huge gc that the idol can see. so u and others are in a gc that you can’t see and that others can read but the idol so reasons why why don’t respond to all of your messages!! but besides that i’ve had it for some years love only complain is the price has jumped up from when I last had it one ticket cast 2 tickets when I first downloaded the app

    I downloaded it for stray kids and I like how there is so many people, but I didn’t know that you had to pay money to be able to talk to them and I can’t buy anything and I don’t know how to navigate the app.

    This app is VERY limited; you can’t even add anyone as a friend without needing to pay for it. Not everyone can afford that. I believe it would be better if we could at least chat with them without paying.

    I love this app so much because I can text all of my idols that’s in stray kids. I love it and it actually works.I texted bangchan from stray kids and wished him a happy birthday. It only took him a day to respond it actually works GET NOW!!!
