Just trash the update just made it worse

App always has issues.

As of 9/28/25 the app had updated. The look stays the same, you can now scroll through the trucks without having to wait for the list to load. We have however lost the ability to look at customer phone numbers after the stop is completed. There are several reasons why this is an issue. The app still hides the details of the delivery behind the services option, which still can’t be accessed without pressing arrive. You still have to go into the job blind as to what it is you’re actually doing at the house. The app now also no longer allows speech to text, which was very useful for notes on certain jobs while moving fast. Allow the delivery team to see phone numbers after a job is completed, allow them to open the services without having to arrive at the location, and bring back speech to text. The app is getting better, but holds itself back. An app that could be good, but continues to be various forms of almost bad.

Logs me out every time I try to go back into it. Needs to go back to two or three updates ago. Older versions were so much bettter. So inconvenient when your in a customers home and it logs out for no reason. Worst app I’ve ever used for a job.

I've been using this application for over two years, and unfortunately, I've noticed that with each update, instead of fixing existing problems, the situation gets worse. While it's the application I need for my work, I believe it would be beneficial to invest in ensuring better performance and stability, as it handles images of great importance to both the consumer and the provider.

Easily the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use for work. It’s buggy, constantly crashes, logs you out for no reason, and half the time the info doesn’t even show up correctly on the receiving end. It’s a required tool, but it feels completely unfinished. Routes glitch out, updates don’t sync, and calling dispatch doesn’t resolve anything on your end, just theirs. For something that’s supposed to make deliveries easier, it somehow makes everything more difficult. Needs a complete overhaul.

Can’t see until arrived

Whoever is updating this app has never done a delivery in their life. It used to be better. I used to be able to see exactly what I was delivering the moment I clicked on a customer’s name. Now I have to dig even deeper. I hate that you’ve made it so that I have to have an active connection to the internet to even see which customers I need to deliver to. Ridiculous when I go through areas with no service. Do better
