  • Expect ads with paid subscription 😡

    A year ago I posted this same comment about the dumb ads. Very disappointed with trying to stream live sports. I paid for the yearly subscription and when I click the game I want to watch I get a long ad in the middle of the game. Half time of the soccer game, is the time to show whatever ad the app wants to show. At least that’s what all the other apps do. Imagine I had low single where I was working and I tried to load a live game and it kept loading the ad. Very upset about this. New thing to add, every game lags after minute 60 of every soccer game. FIX YOUR APP VIX. I PAID ANOTHER FULL YEAR AND THE SAME TRASH 😡

    I just paid $8.99 to watch a soccer game. I tried opening it up on my tv and it didn’t work. Then, I tried my cell phone and it was telling me I needed to upgrade to premium to watch the game. I already bought the premium package!! Will be deleting it.

    The more adds (commercials) you put in the programs, the less likely I’m going to do business with you, 10 commercials!!!! In between each segment, little by little I’m stopping using this app (channel) Update: Instead of reducing the number of commercials played in between the show, you just removed the number so people would not know how long would pass for the show to continue. That didn’t fix anything, it made things worse.

    I’m currently paying for a vip membership, it supposed to be free adds, but I been watching advertisements every other 3 minutes. So frustrating

    For those who want to watch sports, this app isn’t worth it. Although I’m paying for the premium subscription with no ads, it still plays them. Even when the game has already started. Forget about changing channels to see how other games are going. You’ll have to wait 30 sec every time.

    Paid for Vix premium WITHOUT ads but I still see ads when I start a show/movie/ sports game. There is still ads in the middle of a sports game while the game is going on. Reminder paid for premium without ads for a reason.
