Not only does this allow me to ride share at a higher rate that I’ve set, but gives me peace of mind as it allows me to set which areas I will drive to. As a female driver who doesn’t look tough at all, I love not getting rides going into high crime areas. Excellent filtering all around!

Very glitchy in low service areas. Also if I accept a ride from inside the uber or Lyft app it should detect automatically I have a ride. It also frequently causes me to lose rides because it doesn’t pop up fast enough. The auto accept feature is frankly pointless in low service areas as it doesn’t get the api update fast enough compared to native app. This app has tanked my in app ratings due to all the issues. Absolute waste of money.
  • Right idea, still needs improvements

Ideally, when you accept a ride or delivery in the Mystro app, not only should it pause the other apps, but it should set the current platform to be the last ride/delivery so that Mystro opens back up after you accept a ride. If I accept an Uber ride, then I keep getting requests within the Uber app instead of it going back to Mystro. This kinda defeats the purpose of the Mystro app.

I’ve been using the Mystro app for a few months now, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my rideshare driving. As someone who drives for multiple platforms, juggling between apps used to be a nightmare – but Mystro has made it a breeze. This app is like having a personal assistant for rideshare drivers. It automatically switches between apps, ensuring I’m always connected to the most profitable option without any hassle. The customizable settings allow me to control which rides I want to accept, saving me time and keeping me focused on the road. Not only does Mystro maximize my earnings by optimizing my rides, but it also helps me stay safe by minimizing distractions while driving. The interface is user-friendly, and the app runs smoothly without any glitches. If you’re a driver trying to maximize your efficiency and earnings across multiple platforms, Mystro is a must-have. Highly recommend!

I initially thought about giving this app permission to log into my accounts. I don’t feel comfortable doing that and it violates uber and Lyft terms of service. It’s a no for me.
  • The app didn’t not meet any expectations

This app does nothing other than popping up the notifications completely useless, and waste of money. I have cancelled my subscription two days after getting it since it doesn’t work. And I should have gotten my money back, but which I didn’t.
  • Does Not Work With Uber

Does not work with Uber. Other platforms? Maybe, I don’t know. Uber? Nope! Mystro should tell you that!
  • Dang, what happened?

App was making life so much easier then they update it and break it, why? The old app worked fine, wasn’t perfect, but it worked like it stated. This new version doesnt. Max trip and minimum don’t work, auto accept doesn’t work, auto decline doesn’t work, the zones don’t apply, app disconnects from uber or Lyft when it wants, and the presets reset when they want. I used to set it and forget it, now… I got to watch it like a hawk. Had a great thing going and like so many things, they randomly decide to fix what isn’t broken. There are things you can add and remove, just ask, but this, this ain’t it.
  • I paid to be an unwilling beta tester

I thought this app had promise, it did work for a bit although it had its issues. But then things just got worse. Firstly they removed the heat map that actually showed us where the business was. No explanation but some generic “regulatory issues” and they refused to explain further. Removal of this feature grossly reduced the value of the app be more than half. The heat map was absolute gold because it relied on actual requests and not surges. Reduced functionality but when asked they wouldn’t reduce my price??!! Huh?? Then they put out a new flashy looking version, and it didn’t work at all! They made a rookie mistake and somehow disabled their own auto accept and reject, the app didn’t work for anyone all weekend, more money lost. Then they had the audacity to block me on their discord (that they invited me to) because apparently I was complaining too much and “upsetting drivers”. They did this with no explanation whatsoever. I’ve never seen a company just block someone like that without explanation. Completely unprofessional. So the final verdict is that this app was never and still is not ready for production, I just paid to be a beta tester. Furthermore, as soon as I stopped using the app, all of a sudden tons of requests are coming in. Now I’m realizing that I’ve probably been missing tons of work due to this app. Which makes me wonder, how much money have I really lost? Hundreds? Thousands?
