    The newest updates aren't any fun. Added Tundra without providing players any option as to which event they prefer. Tundra is boring and the rewards are not worth the effort. The Developers used to balance their greed with decent event rewards. The game is not what it used to be

    After playing this game for almost 6 months this is my conclusion. To make it short this game is designed for someone who is either willing to spend a lot of money or a LOT of time on it. If you limit your daily, or only play a couple of times a week, or less you will end up losing most of your resources, and trying to constantly rebuild your sanctuary. The game is designed to pray on weaker sanctuaries and there is always someone stronger. There are events that happen a few times a month that encourage players to attack what you may have been building for months. Since they are usually stronger there’s no way to retaliate. If you’re not checking in every hour you may miss some of these events or possibility to grow and end up being set back. I see 10-20 sanctuaries (daily) abandoned because the players have given up. Because of this toxic and hostile environment I give only 2 stars. If you play a few hours every day it can be somewhat interesting (but not captivating) because of the connection with other players. That’s why I didn’t leave 1 star.

    One of my favorite games. I’ve played for almost 2 years now, unfortunately it logged me out and now I can’t log back in. It’s hard trying to reach customer support

    The only way to progress in this game is either to spend money or grind constantly I’ve put in to have my account deleted they say it takes 14 days and it’s been longer than so I think customer service is a joke.

    Don’t waste your money. When the developers add “new features”, they are just old features rebadged with more expensive gambling mechanics. It is not worth spending tens of thousands of dollars on, which is needed to be competitive

  • HUGE MONEY GRAB - pay 2 lose

    This game is so much fun, you meet cool friends, there’s tons of events, but even when you’re pay 2 win - you still can’t win. I find it unlikely that I will be spending this much money on the game in the future, if at all. Currently there’s an event “Investigate the mysterious spacecraft” with the Jackpot prize being to win an HQ skin. Last time I assumed I just hadn’t spent enough money to win. I’ve already spent $40 for this event alone - this is in addition to the $150+ I’ve spent in the last 2 weeks. The event lasts 3 days in total (during the holidays). Despite buying bonuses for the event and completing the tasks - I still have not unlocked the tier with the Jackpot on it. Furthermore if you do unlock the Jackpot tier- there is a 0.4% chance that you will win the desired item. This event is one of multiple ongoing events that require money to win rewards. It’s honestly ridiculously heartbreaking that after spending so much money on a virtual product you still cannot obtain it. God forbid people want to use their money on things like gifts for their loved ones and on a game they enjoy. This game has shown me how much they care about their consumer.
