    I bought this for $50 and the calls drop while you’re on the phone so you can’t record. It doesn’t record calls as promised. Terrible app.

  • BEWARE—Does Not Work—Customer Service Number Disconnected—No Longer In Use

    I spent hours last night trying to get this to work and I watched YouTube videos. I did everything the app suggested over and over again and it did not record anything. No one answers the customer service emails and the telephone number on file with Apple is no longer in use. If this product works for you and that would be great, but if you have a problem like I did, they are going to deny that there is a trial period and allow you to cancel your account with no refund. As I told them an email if they do not contact me by the end of today, Friday the 29th I will follow a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General consumercompliant department. and luckily, my bank is going to reverse the charges if they will not do it voluntarily. Apple should enforce the rules and consumer laws in its marketplace. Under my state law, if you buy something it has to work or you get your money back. And their address of 18401 Collins Ave. Ste 100-241, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160-2402 is a run down hotel in Miami-Dade County. According to the front desk of this hotel, there are no businesses allowed on premises.

    It records and transcribes an outgoing call until that person picks up. Then the recording goes silent. 👎🏻

    I’ve had this app for so long and I couldnt be more thankful. This app is not on any BS it’s VERY straight forward, simple, and easy. All you do is call the number—then place a call to whoever your calling and it makes a 3 way call. Nobody notices, and it records everything. It’s really pathetic that some people don’t want to put in the work to learn how to use the app (its really simple i mean seriously?) and are discrediting the functionality of it because of their stupidity. Nothing really typically comes free in this world. I mean the app developers have got to make something too. It has absolutely saved my life in several ways—$9.99 for 3 months is A DEAL if you ask me!! I was SA’d and got the perp on the phone and I was able to put him behind bars. Futhermore my father was being abused and neglected in a nursing home and due to this app I was able to file a lawsuit with evidence because my state is a one party consent state—and my father got millions. I could not literally be more thankful to this app. I will definitely make a donation to their company. THANK YOU!!!

    Good luck capturing the entire message. Not sure what hoops I have have to jump through to record a complete message. It seems tapping a number to advance through the phone menu stops the recording.

  • Lost 45 mins of an important call

    The call recording number inexplicably cut out 45 mins into an important call and nothing was saved. I lost the entire first half of the call. When I restarted the recording, the second half worked and was saved as a recording, so I don’t understand what happened. I had tested the recording before the call to make sure it would work, and it shows nothing in the log despite being merged oroperly and showing as a merged call for the whole time until it suddenly dropped. I am very disappointed with this service and won’t be using it again.

  • Can’t access my annual subscription

    I purchased this back in June 2025. It worked for a few months and today is December 4. Yesterday I tried to use it again and today again and I can’t record anything and I have missed important calls that I needed to record and I cannot log back onto the app. It says basically is asking me to pay for another subscription. In my iPhone under subscriptions it indicates this subscription is active and ends June 9,2025 yet I can’t use the application. I’ve had other problems with it as well where I addressed it with support and they never resolved the issue. I had to figure it out myself. This company has probably the one of the poorest customer service I have encountered. Please fix access to my account so that I may use the application.
