    Contacting customer support is an absolute joke. No one responds to emails. The security code you are supposed to receive to access the clubhouse is not received. Customer service never responds to you. B

    This app only lets you pause notifications for up to a week. Had to go the back route and find it in my notification settings to get it to shut up. That’s horrible customer service. The audio quality is okay but often breaks up. It would have been a four star review without this ridiculous notification gimmick.

    It seems that time and time again the developers of Clubhouse clearly have not learned from the error of their ways, the recent update and the update before the previous update a while back is proof of this, I think Paul and his team should try the recent update and try to use it with VoiceOver enabled Because, those of us that use VoiceOver are back to having to use screen recognition again and as always with the last update that had this issue some of the buttons are not clearly labelled, when will the developers learn that there are blind people that use this app and that need to use it with voiceover for iOS and Google talkback for android? It has been a consistent pattern where every time Alpha explorations releases a new update where app accessibility with screen readers is clearly not the priority when in 2020 when the prior developers of Clubhouse launched the app app Accessibility, for everybody that used a screen reader was the highest priority, if Clubhouse, the original developers of the app have seen what this app has become, the original developers would be ashamed, Paul, and his team likewise should take responsibility for it and fix the app because the app is a complete mess.
