    If you’re looking to have a solid training program built for you that uses progressive overload and creates tangible results, then you need to use this app. The app itself is pretty slick. The training videos are high quality, and clearly display the number of reps and sets for each exercise, the time left to complete each exercise, and rest periods. This makes following the workouts really straightforward. I’ve been using the app for about 5 weeks with the Body and Bell Team with Lauren Kanski and I’ve become noticeably stronger. For some context I started the program double arm swinging a 60lb kettlebell and now I can swing a 72lb kettlebell. My body also moves better, hurts less and combined with diet I’ve lost 16 pounds. I haven’t tried the other teams but I would imagine they’re the same quality. The annual price is a tad expensive, but compared to hiring a personal trainer, it’s a steal. If you want to take the guesswork out of training or you just want to check out some effective programming I would give this app a try.

    I started 3 weeks ago and honestly I thought it was going to be like other apps. Team Forge and Coach Corey really keep you on track and the routines are great (even on leg day). If you are looking for motivation and a team that will be with you along the way, this app is the one.

    Ladder makes it super easy to stay consistent and progress in lifts with weight tracking for each movement. It also offers swaps for exercises of you need to modify. Coach Sasha from team align is extremely responsive in her group chat, and her plan is the perfect blend of mobility/yoga/lifting. Don’t let that fool you though - she’s still going to make you WORK.

    Need motivation to get moving? Want to be strong and healthy, in addition to feeling confident in how you look? Looking for workout accountability? This app is so worth it! Ladder has gone above and beyond my expectations. In the past, I’ve done video training, in person training, yoga instruction, even independent marathon training. It’s not that I didn’t know how, it’s that as a working mom I didn’t know where to find “the push” within myself anymore. This program met me where I was at, and has pushed me to improve each week. The trainers give great instruction and positive motivation every step of the way. The team chat is filled with encouragement and coach pins give great extra advice on nutrition, form, and how to get the most out of your workouts (mentally and physically). I really look forward to seeing what’s in store each day, and no doubt love the physical results. I look better, feel better, and love getting stronger! Shout out to @coachsasha and #teamalign
