    I started Ladder about a month ago and so far I am absolutely loving it. I love the specially curated workout programs, I love that coaches are heavily involved and take time to answer questions and are truly committed to their team’s success. I’m with team Align and love everything about it and Coach Sasha! I’ve gotten so much stronger and leaner in only a month. So glad I committed to Ladder!

    After a recommendation from a friend, I did the one week trial. The experience was fantastic! I took time to complete the short assessment to determine the best teams for me and the equipment I have access to as well as duration and life style. After exploring teams and choosing, I’ve worked out consistently since. The program builds in alternate approaches if needed, rest days, and offers a community of support. Whether it’s coaches or other users, form checks, words of encouragement, and tips and tricks are provided by members of the team. My favorite feature is the ability to cheer on others. I love that new classes drop weekly. I’m not bored, and I feel great!

    I’m with team alpha and it’s been great to be able to have directed workouts while also being able to track my progress. The sessions are great and to a good job of being just what it’s needed when it’s needed.

    Finally a workout app that truly pushes you. I love all the different teams and community aspect. There is so much to learn from on this app - not even just workouts! I have been consistent for about 4-5 weeks now and have noticed a real change in my physique. I highly recommend this app no matter your fitness level!

    Overall think this app has been an amazing thing for me! It sometimes takes forever for it to pair with my Apple Watch and I wish there were Flex workouts with resistance bands. Other than that, I recommend this to everyone!!

    I have tried many apps and websites and youtube videos. This is the only app that has worked for me. I have always been shy but the coach goes through the whole workout step by step and it’s not just videos, you can track your progress which motivated me to go almost every week 4-5 times.
