    Looked thru the workouts. Don’t like you can only pick 3 things to use like barbells dumbbells machines. I have access to more and would use a larger variety of exercises. The price is the reason for the lower rating. I have other apps like this one. Guided, keeps you on track and accountable but for 30 bucks a month I’ll stick to fitb0d for 11 and get the same thing. Lower your prices and do better

    Absolutely love this app. You get to choose which workout team you want to be included with. I have been able to up my weights and love that there is a stretch along with cool down at the end. Love the calendar pre chosen weekly workouts!
  • Option to ADD additional exercises

    I love everything about this app. The only thing I wish that had the ability to do was allow me to add additional exercise exercises not just switch out. Sometimes I wanna do longer workouts than the app provides. I love the apps tracking abilities. So if I could add additional list that I do and still have it tracked in the app, that would be amazing.

    I’ve been using this app consistently for about 9 months. Prior to this, I worked out with a trainer and felt like I wasn’t progressively overloading with them because they weren’t tracking my weights. This app makes it easy to do a proper weekly split, track your weights to progressively overloading, and times your rest times. I love seeing my progress on the app and physically. I would be lost in the gym without this app.

    I absolutely love Ladder app! It’s so helpful and the coaches are super motivational! I love the different variety of teams depending on what your workout goals are!

    I like the idea of having multiple teams and coaches dedicated to different fitness goals and training methods. The voiceover feature is helpful and feels like having a coach next to me. Challenges: The UI is overwhelming and sometimes it can be challenging trying to log reps and weights when having the notebook open. Ladder nutrition is a huge valid add, but I would like to see the app able to auto calculate the new day’s caloric needs based on my previous days food intake. I find it challenging to adhere to the same numbers everyday.

    LOVE the ladder app. Most favorite workout tool by far. My only thing is that I love the nutritional side to keep up with your macros. However, it’s so inaccurate. Every. Single. Time. Whether I scan, photo AI, describe, nothing is ever accurate. In fact it’s completely way off. I flag almost everything. I just find myself messing with the macros getting frustrated at everything I eat and have to enter, that’s it’s not starting to delay my progress because it’s taking too much energy having to correct it. They finally added the “quick cals” but I also don’t want to have to do that every single time. Other than that I do love this app.

    I redownloaded the app and am trying to Sign in with Apple but nothing happens. I’ve tried reinstalling and the issue persists. Latest iOS and Ladder versions. Help!

    I love these workouts. Just wish it was on android so I don’t have to cart multiple devices to gym. Any timeframe if any for when it will be available in google play store???
