    Ladder is my second workout app I’ve used. The first one I had to manually select the next workout but with ladder you have a coach and going through the workout is such a breeze!

    Worth every penny! It truly takes the guess work out of working out. I’m a seasoned gym goer and after years of the same thing, it’s nice to switch it up. They truly set you up for success. Follow the plan and dial into your nutrition and you won’t fail. There is absolutely something for everyone. It’s fool proof!

    I love the workouts, I can do them at the gym or at home. Love that I can play my music with it. My only negative is the nutrition part could use a lot of work. The pictures don’t match. It said you can take a pic or scan barcodes but mine won’t let me ? I know that parts new and so am I so hopefully the kinks will be worked out on it.

    It’s like having a personal trainer with you every step of the way. New workouts every week with personal messages from the trainer before and after workouts. Plus there are so many different types of workouts and trainers to choose from.

    Ladder is the best! It’s the one tool that has kept me accountable and motivated for over 2 years! I love that there are so many options for coaches, the journal that keeps track of your weights, and how it’s gamified to keep you motivated definitely recommend

    I love how convenient Ladder is! I don’t have to come up with a work out or go to a gym. The workouts are no more than 45 minutes and your coach hypes you up along the way. Love coach Maia! Ladder also has open season between each series where you can try out other teams if you’re needing to switch it up! I haven’t tried the nutrition part of the app yet so I can’t speak to that. Ladder has motivated me to go from not working out to committing to 3-4x a week!
