    I have been a part of the app for about a month and I look forward to my lifts more now. Have been lifting for years with different programs, the ability to keep track of weights and movements, get videos of proper form, explanations of different variations between dumbbells, barbells etc. all have been great. Plus the encouragement from your coach and other people in the app do help. So far I am loving it.

    I’ve been using Ladder for about a month and loving this app so far! Very easy to follow so that you’re eliminating the need to think about what to do next and only focusing on the workout. Team Forged also does a fantastic job changing around the workout, so that you aren’t doing the exact same workout every day for different body parts. I highly recommend the Ladder App!

    As someone who doesn’t love technology, this app is easy to use and gets the job done. As a Physical Therapist, this app gives me the variation I am looking for and still hands me a challenge. Will be looking to use this app for a long time. All of the coaches look to be well versed and offer programs to meet the needs of anyone looking to up their fitness.

    I had been planning my own strength trading workouts for a few years. But it’s exhausting and time consuming. This app is perfect for me. Someone planning the workouts, telling me how many reps or how long to do the exercises. They have different teams/coaches to pick from. You will definitely find one or more coaches that fit you workout needs. I like working out from home. But they have teams also designed for those working out in the gym. I did the annual membership so I would be able to change teams when I wanted to. But they do have what the call open season in between different series that allow you to check out other teams. Highly recommend if you are looking for that personal trainer to tell you how to get on shape. The real cool thing is you can send cheers as support in the app who are also working out at the same time as you on your team. It truly is a supportive group of people cheering and encouraging you on.
  • Workouts and routines are great but the app is a little irritating

    Love the teams and the workouts. It has really helped be progress in gaining muscle and sticking to a routine. My complaints are that getting help in the app is difficult. I’ve asked things in the chats a few times and never get answers. The other thing is I work out late in the day. On Sundays the clear the weekly workouts and start the new week. It’s super annoying when I want to work out on Sunday and the workout I was going to do is gone.

    Already ultra expensive but no they want you to pay double what you already paid to get access to more than 3 saved workouts plus you have no access to workouts from different weeks than the current week aaaand you can’t ask questions…I won’t be renewing…Ye it’s cool how the coach talks to you but I can live with that on many great apps our there
