    Used to love this app. I’ve contacted them multiple times recently though for different issues and they’ve been less than helpful. Have an on going issue, over a year now and still no fix. No apology, nothing except “it’s not us, it’s Roku. Same issues on my phone as well. I don’t recommend this app, it’s not worth the hassle and you clearly get what you pay for

    All of a sudden, after the last update, the WHITE LINE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO APPEAR UNDER THE EPISODES, TO SHOW THAT THEY WERE WATCHED DISAPPEARED!!! I have contacted app.support 3 times over the past 2 weeks, have sent them the information and pictures they requested and the problem IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! Now all of the white lines that WERE UNDER THE EPISODES THAT I HAVE WATCHED OF EVERY SHOW, DISAPPEARED AND I NO LONGER KNOW WHICH EPISODES THAT I ALREADY WATCHED!!! Everything was working FINE, UNTIL THE LAST UPDATE!!! This is happening on my ROKU TV!! If this issue is not corrected SOON, THEN I AM CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT DOESN’TWORK!!!! THIS IS A COMPLAINT WRITTEN ON NOV. 29, why is the response from AUG??????? I ALREADY CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES AT THAT LINK!!!!!

    I love the Magnolia, HGTV & Food Network shows, but the commercials are way to racy. My kids often watch shows with me & WE HAVE TO REPEATEDLY HEAR ABOUT SEX DUNGEONS! I hate it!

    Still DOES NOT SHOW WHITE LINE UNDER SHOWS that were already watched, like it used to do and should STILL BE DOING, LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER STREAMING SERVICES DO!!! Used to work correctly on ROKU TV, but since last update a few weeks ago, all white lines under already watched shows disappeared!! Have contacted and spoke to customer service SEVERAL TIMES AND THE ISSUE/PROBLEM IS STILL NOT CORRECTED!! Either FIX THE ISSUE, OR I AM CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FIX THIS ISSUE, SO IT WORKS CORRECTLY AGAIN ON ROKU TV???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I have spoken with customer service OVER A MONTH AGO, sent them the information they asked for and the problem IS STILL NOT CORRECTED!!! Do you ever fix ANYTHING???
