    My app hasn't been working properly for a few weeks now. The item option selection button (eg. color, size, shape) takes me to a blank screen that never seems to load. This makes it very difficult to find the appropriate items I’m trying to purchase. I tried going through app support, but it’s not allowing me to submit my concern because it says, both my personal email and business email are invalid. Are there plans to fix this issue?

    When selecting different colors or types of something it takes you to a another window but nothing loads. Where in the normal Amazon app you can scroll through the different options the business app doesnt allow you to do this and you almost have yo use the website only.
  • Variation selection stopped working

    The Amazon business app does not work with the new IOS 26.2 (23C55). Variation selection would bring me to a blank screen. Variation is now a drop down menu instead of selection compared to personal Amazon app.

    unable to view any of the dropdown selections (product variations). Also, won’t show you the additional product pictures beyond the first. Definitely Amazon business app is the issue as the regular app doesn’t have this issue. **update** After Apple’s horrible bubble update it has gotten worse. Makes using the app to shop very very hard.

    The app has gotten noticibly slower, especially at loading photos or options such as different colors of the same item. Not sure if it's related, but it started to slow down about the same time as the ridiculously annoying "Rufus" AI bot started showing up on everything. I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it and every other common fix. Sad to see things getting worse when Amazon had so many years of everything getting better and better.
  • App is slow and glitchy

    When items require choice of size, color, etc, the app freezes and does not respond. Closing out the app, restarting the phone and deleting the app and reloading do not resolve this issue. Also, trying to contact app support, when creating a ticket, the app does not accept my login e-mail as a “valid e-mail”.
