    This app is perfect and I can watch my favorite sports team. It hasn’t lagged yet, it hasn’t glitched yet. It’s overall a good app.

    Par for the course for Tom Ricketts and Co. Laggy, glitchy, user un-friendly, doesn’t operate properly, continues to play audio even after I exit the app, crashes, unable to jump backward or forward, buttons that say something don’t do that thing. It’s infuriating that I have to pay $20 a month to get a worse experience than a metal pole on the top of a house that was invented in like 1874. Massive work to be done to be even serviceable.

    This app is buggy. You log into it and for a minute the video/audio is sped up. If you try to exit marquee and go to a different app you still hear the marquee sound. this is on amazon fire. For the cost of the app and it’s the Cubs app, I expect better

    There are extremely limited options to watch the Chicago Cubs, which is the only reason why anyone would use this app. It is deficient in so many ways, and I have to assume there was no serious goals of making an app customers would genuinely enjoy.

  • Disappointing watching game later

    I often want to watch a game later (or start it late). Marquee Network does a poor job of supporting that. I can usually only get the condensed 10 minute game version later the day of a game. If I try to start the game and then put on hold for a few hours, it doesn't preserve my place, and I'm back to watching a condensed game. For the subscription cost, they should be able to figure out that simple feature. I may not be a subscriber for long.

    I have to login into my TV provider every time I open this app. If you are going to do that, can you at least make it a QR code so it’s easier? Also it asks me repeatedly to “update my profile” which I’ve done at least 7 times now before letting me watch the game

    This app is absolute garbage. I cannot watch anything. It keeps asking to put in a bio but when I do, it does nothing!!!!!

    Can’t sign in, last week the game randomly fast forwarded to the end of the game ruining it all for me. I like the playback feature and auto start from beginning but it’s been really bad lately I can’t even use it
