This is easily the worst streaming app in existence. Currently trying to watch the Cubs v Mets game (which costs me $20 a month as it is) and it won’t stream anything. Just says “Service Request Error”. If you try calling the customer service number, it just disconnects you.

When I try to watch live tv it says “service request error”. I’ve reports it and nothing has been done. I pay $20 a month to watch the Cubs and can’t watch the Cubs. Don’t waste your money

Bring back WGN CUBS games were free nation wide boo this money gauging trash of a app . My app keeps showing subscribe on the play screen I hit subscribe it says I can’t subscribe I’m already subscribed . Duh than let me watch

Stopped working on my iPad two days ago. Works perfectly well on my Samsung phone and on my Microsoft Surface (take that, Apple!). It was always glitchy even before this last troubles.

I don’t write app reviews. This app is an exception because it does not work. And you need to rely on the iOS app because Marquee is too cheap to offer apps for smart TVs, forcing you to cast every game. Just $4 per month for Cubs radio on the MLB app instead.

I give up. Many attempts to get this set up. Confirmed with Spectrum that i paid for Spectrum. I can watch games on the Spectrun app but casting to tv is a pain and doesn’t always work. Fire TV has Spectrum App but and it signs me in as a Spectrum subscriber but then no matter what content I select it says it is not available. Support said uninstall and reinstall rhen contact Spectrum. Again and again with same result. I give up. App doesn’t work!

At least once a week I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to watch a game. Getting ridiculous

I constantly have to refresh the app to get off of a frozen stream.

Slow. Sometimes it’ll get stuck on previous airings and can’t get to Live. Apple Play pauses when closing the app or when text messages come in. Forcing everyone to buy this when the app isn’t ready is rude and greedy.

I can’t imagine there being a more inept app than this. Far as I know there’s no start from the beginning feature, no option to record and if you watch the encore presentation they run the final score across the bottom. Genius! It’s locked up numerous time, just plain terrible. And we get to pay twenty bucks a month to use this garbage Edit: thank you for the reply! Please don’t show the final score during the encore, it ruins it for those who are watching for the first time! Why is there not a start from the beginning option? That should be a basic choice
