  • Only game I play

This is literally the only game I play on my phone. They’re always updating it and if you have a good phone with good space there is no lag or issues. I love love love that I can play my favorite card game here when I don’t have others to play with in the “real world”. So this is literally the best game in the App Store. Can’t change my mind.

So my dad showed me this game because we usally play with the cards so it was kind of tricky when u have to fight the final boss but it is so fun and u can either make ur own decks or u grt random decks and now i can play up against my dad and i win every time. I highly recommend this game.😊😊😊😊😊
  • Lacking Compared To Master Duel

The app overall is helpful for checking out cards and giving a very low level overview of them. It’s lacking from an information standpoint. The tutorial doesn’t give any deeper information than some of the spell types and how to use them. It’s missing information about deck building, the rest of the spell types(artifacts, lore creatures, etc..), it doesn’t really give information on cards related to each other, doesn’t give any descriptions for the default decks they give. As a new play, learning the game from MTG Arena sucks. Especially compared to Master Duel. Where it excels, is the level of ease to get a large quantity of cards. I’m FTP and the game has given me at least 10 playable decks in the past week. Not very strong, but nice to try out at least!

Your skill level does not matter. You will win or lose 50% of the time. Either you will draw every single land you have even if you only have 13 lands in your deck or you will not dry single land even if you have 50 lands in your deck. No wonder it's getting flooded with idiots who rope the entire time.

  • Awesome game only one problem

This game is awesome it keeps track of things that would be painful in real life. My only complaint is every opponent is so similar it’s not even funny. You will always see the same cards every game. If you play brawl expect to see Jorah the unifier, Krenko, Atraxa, Urza high lord, Sheoldred…the list goes on and on. I would say every 5 games you will see one or 2 of these and it’s a little redundant. Not necessarily the games fault but just a gripe. It means you gotta sacrifice a fun deck concept to be more meta and only use game changers and tutors.

The f2p arena grind is truly abysmal. If you are not willing to spend money on the game, you are in for a grind. To get cards you want you can either pull them in packs or exchange wildcards for them. If you grind out the daily quest every day, you’ll have enough gold to buy one pack, and the chances of getting the cards you need are minuscule. To get one rare wildcard you need to buy 6 packs. So about one rare wildcard a week. Most decks use anywhere from 15-40 rare and mythic cards making the grind to make ONE deck take months. To make matters worse, Wizards of the Coast have taken the liberty to change the rarity of various cards from earlier sets, so numerous cards which are common and uncommon in real life are rare and mythic rare in arena. The only mode worth playing as f2p is commander but other than that the game is cancer.
  • No commander format

This game has been out for years and WOTC still won’t put commander format in the game… what gives it’s THE MOST POPULAR format?
  • Not compatible?

Love the game! Everything is a great adaption to the physical tcg. My main complaint is just mainly freezing and lag. I also dont get why this classified as a 'game mode' mode game? Its kinda weird.

This is the perfect app/adaptation of the physical card game. The only issue I have is I spend money on the app and the physical cards
