    I was really happy this year that my sons tour for Washington DC wanted to use a Till card for their spending because I didn’t want to send him with cash. I had looked at other cards and none of them were right for us. I loved that I got a notice every time he spent something. It not only helped me monitor his spending, but it helped me know that someone else wasn’t using his card. I did have to reach out to customer service after we got the card because we couldn’t get him signed in due to a code was not getting sent to his email. Thankfully, they were able to help right away and got him verified. The only thing I didn’t like was how long it would take. To get the money from my account onto the Till card. It just takes too long. If my son texted me today and said he needed an extra $20 today I wouldn’t be able to get it to him. Maybe this is something that can change in the future. Otherwise we really like it and we plan on using it even after he gets home.

    I set my son account up in April and haven’t received a card since it’s the middle of may and hasn’t received his card in the mail yet.

    My daughter has been using Till since her trip in middle school to New York in 2023. The CS is very reliable, the app is great. I highly recommend it if you have teenagers specially if they don’t have bank accounts/debit card or credit cards to use Till. It’s a great experience to introduce them with early banking and keep them within your budget.

    I hadn't received my child's card a week prior to him leaving on a trip to Spain and I emailed the support team and within 4 mins I received an email stating they were expediting us card via fed ex !!! If that isn't top notch service I don't know what is. !!! You don't see that often anymore !! Thank you Kevin with Till !!

    Have been trying to set up an account for my child to use on school trip overseas. The app says my address is a commercial address and won’t let me set up. Have called support numerous times and can’t get a live person on the phone. I have emailed everything support has asked for to clear this up and still have nothing cleared up. Emailed response back to me take hours. Called left message per phone instructions to receive a callback and have never received a call back. Only an email reply hours later. Still waiting.

    This is a great service/app for parents and grandparents. It’s easy to use, is supported by great customer service, and the card can be used anywhere, including to get cash at an ATM.

    It’s been 2 weeks since I tried setting up an account using till. They would not approve my account for some reason - they never gave me a reason, they just said they would review it and contact me. Still waiting on that contact. I tried logging in to the app but I get an error stating “email or password is incorrect”, so I tried resetting my password, that did not work, I still get the message. I’m able to sign in on their help site, but not on the app. I sent a support email request, still have not heard back. I even tried calling - I had to find the number by searching “till financial customer service number” because they do not list it on their site or their app. I waited for 1 minute 30 seconds, then a message stating that the customer service representatives were either unavailable or busy and if I wanted a call back to leave my information and a brief message. Well, it turns out you HAVE to leave that information because they just hang up on you. It doesn’t matter how many times you call you will always get that message, and they will always hang up on you. I left a message with my contact information. Still waiting on that call back. The thing that irritates me the most about this is - I would not even waste my time with this broken app and garbage customer service if I didn’t have to. My daughter’s school requires her to have this for their school trip. I’ve never experienced this level of depravity before, but I suppose I can expect more of this to come.

    Unlike capital one and chase, you can get direct deposits to this account, add it to Apple Pay, and have an easy to understand interface for kids. You can have a till card if you are 1 or over! That’s awesome. 100% recommend
