    i haven’t received my child’s card it’s been over 13 business days when it usually takes under 10. they took 4 days to respond back to my email. now they said they are going to give me a new card with the same time frame, this is horrible app! this is not okay, fix this app! i would not recommend this app as you can transfer money to your card, only a bank! i would choose another app for your kiddos!

    2 kids with Till accounts and have been very happy with the simplicity and features. Started off using the card only on the kids side as kids don’t have personal devices. Needed help linking accounts when we did add a device for viewing on the kids end. Emailed customer support and had a very timely response and we were able to fix the issue.

    My son is traveling with EF Tours and Till Financial advertises and makes offers with parents if they use their teen account. I bought into it, and was able to deposit ONCE to the parent wallet. The next 4 times all I received was errors telling me to contact my financial institution, and I did. They said it wasn’t on Till Financial’s end. I have contacted Till Financial via email, they have NO other way to contact them. It has been 3 days and no one has gotten back with me. Bottom line, they don’t care. I would look elsewhere when setting up a teen account. If not, your child could be in another country with no way to get money!

    Till was great when I first opened it- except for it has SO.MANY. BUGS. I was able to work through those, but once I got to the phone number part, I messed up. I mixed up some numbers in my cell number, and I figured it would let me go back and fix that. but NOOOOO. I cannot go back and re enter my number. I cannot create a new account. I HAVE TO KEEP GOING WITH THE WRONG NUMBER. And I can't even log in to till because the code thing got sent to the wrong number. Talk about infuriating! I don't really know about the app after that but you know what, I don't think I'm ever going to.

    My son is loving the experience of having his debit card during his school trip. I’m able to manage deposits and his spending. I love that I can coordinate amount based on allowance, chores and savings.

    I was really happy this year that my sons tour for Washington DC wanted to use a Till card for their spending because I didn’t want to send him with cash. I had looked at other cards and none of them were right for us. I loved that I got a notice every time he spent something. It not only helped me monitor his spending, but it helped me know that someone else wasn’t using his card. I did have to reach out to customer service after we got the card because we couldn’t get him signed in due to a code was not getting sent to his email. Thankfully, they were able to help right away and got him verified. The only thing I didn’t like was how long it would take. To get the money from my account onto the Till card. It just takes too long. If my son texted me today and said he needed an extra $20 today I wouldn’t be able to get it to him. Maybe this is something that can change in the future. Otherwise we really like it and we plan on using it even after he gets home.

    I set my son account up in April and haven’t received a card since it’s the middle of may and hasn’t received his card in the mail yet.

    My daughter has been using Till since her trip in middle school to New York in 2023. The CS is very reliable, the app is great. I highly recommend it if you have teenagers specially if they don’t have bank accounts/debit card or credit cards to use Till. It’s a great experience to introduce them with early banking and keep them within your budget.

    I hadn't received my child's card a week prior to him leaving on a trip to Spain and I emailed the support team and within 4 mins I received an email stating they were expediting us card via fed ex !!! If that isn't top notch service I don't know what is. !!! You don't see that often anymore !! Thank you Kevin with Till !!
