Usually I really enjoy this app and the stories but recently I’ve had coins disappear twice without doing anything. When I try to contact them for help my email tells me to add a valid email address. How do I contact you guys?

I can’t comprehend how this app has over 4 stars when all the reviews I see are 1-3. I downloaded and purchased $25 worth of coins, figuring it would get me through a few books. While stories I read have decent enough plots, they are designed to drag out the storylines for max book length. Not even close to being proofread. Common errors like pronoun swaps make it hard to follow and “sink in” to the story. Some sentences are just too convoluted to make sense. Then the price… my $25 worth of coins won’t even buy a full book. Each chapter is 50-80 coins with books being comprised of around 200 chapters, most with a bunch of filler lines. So that’s about 13,000 coins for a single book. The top “deal” on coins is 16,000 for $99.99. Absolutely not. Delete.

I started reading a novel through an ad on a game I was playing. The novel was well written and had me engulfed. I paid $10 for 1000 points and was supposed to be 300 points per day going forward. I never received the 300 points. There’s one ad to watch per day to get minimal points. It takes 3-4 days to accumulate enough points to unlock a chapter. I paid $10 to kore times just because I wanted to finish reading the novel. Once I was 2/3 of the way through, I finally found the novel I was reading in another app and paid $5 to finish.
  • Can’t tell the real cost of the book when starting

I bought coins for the month at $10 and only got to chapter 20 out of 145. That’s a potential cost of over $70 for the book and app. Even though I enjoyed the book so far, it’s not worth the work watching ads to get enough coins to read the entire book, without spending more money than the book is worth. True there are coins per day that you lose if you don’t open the app but I honestly want to just buy the book after the preview and continue with bing reading without annoying distractions and I want to know the cost up front, not being coined to death.
  • I would rather just buy the books.

This is ridiculous. I would rather just buy the books and read them than have to pay for chapters. No book is that good.

I find it easy to get points for the daily reading
  • Audiobooks are not the complete book

The stories are good, but if you like audiobooks only half or less of the book is in audio form then you must read the rest of the book IF you want to finish the story.
  • Subpar reading app

This app is really disappointing compared to other reading apps. Most platforms let you unlock chapters just by reading for a certain number of hours, but this one practically forces you to pay. There are no affordable coin options, and spending $10 only unlocks about five chapters—in a book that has over 100 chapters. Meanwhile, the same book costs $2 on Kindle. The pricing makes zero sense and feels incredibly unfair. I’ll continue using this app only to discover good books—then I’ll buy them on Kindle where the author is actually paid fairly.
