    Not only is the Cowboy Channel app poor quality and difficult to access, there is no link to unsubscribe.

    I paid to watch all rodeos in May of 25 and now at year end it wants me to subscribe again and even then after I subscribe it keeps coming up with a subscription page. It won’t let me watch all. It never used to be this screwed up.

    The app is clunky and hard to navigate. They don’t even have a search bar. Also paid for the best subscription and it still says I can’t view things

    I was unable to watch all the rounds live. The color commentary and event specialists made paying extra for the app to watch rodeo’s biggest event. The archived recordings being only the arena announcer and none of the exceptional commentary was beyond disappointing. Is there a reason why the live performance broadcast was not archived? Major disappointment. Please address this for next year or let us know before we pay extra to watch the performances expecting to watch the performances we missed in real time, Not a poorly edited arena announcer version.

    Last year I did not realize that purchasing the NFR watch would be an annual subscription. I am happy that they refunded the subscription amount this year, as I didn’t use it and was unaware til going over my bank statement. I will say I am highly disappointed that they never even emailed me to let me know my card would be ran in the first place. I’ve never NOT received a renewal notice before the transaction occurs for a yearly subscription. Bad business practice and seems a little shady. If this feature ever changes, I will reconsider my rating!
