    Customer service is non existent! After subscribing and paying annual fee still to watch NFR I still can’t get logged in and no customer service support. I have emailed with no response and try to call.

    We pay twice every year for the last 3 years, and are never been able to watch the NFR! We have cancelled subscriptions every year and still get charged. Never able to get a hold of customer or have them care enough to get this problem solved

    I paid $120 for the NFR package and can’t even watch anything I have to watch the NFR the next day and can’t even watch anything else. WTH is up with this app. Would prefer refund. I can watch it on YouTube the next day as well. Shouldn’t have paid for this service.

    I have paid for the annual subscription for the past 3 years and this year it won’t let me watch the NFR. When I am still subscribed to the annual it charged me twice and still won’t let me watch it so now it’s round 6 and I have had to drive to someone else’s house every night to watch it. I have sent emails and no one will get back with me and there’s no number anywhere to call and talk to someone. They need to do better!
