    Love the app. It’s easy to use and understand. Videos load quickly. Only negative I have is please please please add a 10 second fast forward option on the phone. Try to fit some watching in during downtime and would love to have this option!

    Bought this in December and haven’t been able to play anything since. I deleted the account, signed out… did all the usual steps to help. Service is non existent. Apparently the Cowboy Way according to Cowboy channel is to steal money from hardworking Americans. Do not purchase. Catch highlights on youtube.

    It would be very helpful to have access to a phone number to get help so that you can watch this on your TV. It’s intermittent sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I would really appreciate Feedback!!!
