  • Why can’t I read any reviews?

    I’ve played the game quite a few times…I wasn’t sure how to make anything work to begin with. It’s really hard to make a piece turn 90°. Still not sure how to do it with the game I was playing. So I went to look at the reviews and I couldn’t get into any reviews…that’s what we have reviews for…to find out if this is a them issue or a me issue. I don’t like AI deciding what we get to look at with regards to letters from consumers.

    Been trying for over a week and the app always freezes or I can’t get in. Can’t contact support when you can’t get into the app. Yes, it’s the latest version.

    Update to previous review below: I still have no idea what we’re really earning within the “Block Quest” goals. Nothing accumulates with each step and nothing accumulates when you complete the challenge. There’s no loss or gain, so whats the point? And im upset it takes a lot longer to earn loyalty points now. Whats up with that??? Original review of the latest update: This new update to the app is awesome. A lot of features that were degraded are now enhanced, you guys listened. Best fix is the loading time upon opening the app. I’ll give it 5 stars for now. But i have more playing to do.

    For the amount of ads that you have to go through in order to play a simple game from 1985, you’d think that the controls would be more reliable, unfortunately the control to turn the blocks acts as if it’s random, instead of cycling through a full turn, it keeps jumping back and forth between the same two positions. Also the app doesn’t load half the time.

    I fly a lot. I enjoy playing Tetris. So I enjoyed playing marathon (classic) mode while traveling. But the latest update ruined that. Now you HAVE TO have an internet connection in order to play a single player game. WHY? Fix it, and I’ll fix your rating.
