    So this app is great and all and I loved it in 2023, I got to listen to 3 recordings from my sleep which is ok even though I didn’t get all because I was using the limited version, now what really is disappointing is now I’m stuck behind 1 paywall that forces me to get the free trial and I don’t feel like going through all the hassle, can you make a update where you can exit out of the paywall and get a few recordings of your sleep on the limited version please? Thank you

    Finding new sleep app. Shut eye removed REM stage from app. Huge factor for why had app. Reason for removal is a bit odd and doesn’t align.

    I have been having trouble sleeping, but I can never remember which app I liked. I had to get past a pay wall to look. It say 7 day free trial, which I have used once before but it saw my log in info and offered the deal. I was in for about 5 minutes. Not a single person I wanted to hear. I want my money back as I was scammed into paying more for an app that won’t help.

    The app was great when it worked, which was far less than when it didn’t work. The app would show that I didn’t fall asleep for the hours I was in bed, even though my Apple Watch itself and other apps connected to it did. So only Shuteye didn’t function. I contact the support team by email several times, but you only get a pre-formatted response telling you to submit a ticket through the app. Well, I did that too, and never even got a reply from them. I followed their troubleshooting steps, I uninstalled and reinstalled so many times that I lost track. They didn’t actually respond to any of my requests, but why would they, they’d already gotten my money. So you can waste money on the paid version and maybe you’ll be one of the people for whom it works. But, what if you pay for it and it doesn’t work and they won’t respond to requests for support, are you willing to potentially be one of us? Is it worth the risk? No, it isn’t, and it’s also not worth the false hope. Don’t even waste your time, money, or more importantly, any hope of improvements.

    I love this app specially the fact that it tells me how long I took to fall asleep. My dad says this app is fake but for me it’s real.

    I tried to use the 7 day “FREE TRIAL - WONT BE CHARGED “. Guess what Johnny Card is declined due to funds. I’m freaking glad I set up a card with low funds aka prepaid card. Don’t lie to the people that pays your salary. Even if you offered a free lifetime membership I wouldn’t take it DONT USE THIS APP

    I do not recommend this! From download to set up on your account and to recording sleep, there has to be at least 10+ ads and upselling you their subscriptions. It is beyond tiring to navigate the app. UX and UI is filled again, with ads! You are wasting your time! Try some other sleep app.
