Garbage. Literally does not work. There should be a Zero Star option.

This app is definitely not a scam. They won’t do this because this app is about your health.

It is very easy to get your heart rate on this app. The only problem with the free version is you can only see your heart rate data, BMI, etc. if you want to do anything else with the app, you have to pay a fee.
  • It wasn’t accurate for me

I had a severe tachycardia episode last night with frequent (15+/min) and still-occurring PVCs (palpitations), as well as syncope. I checked it at the tail end of the episode and throughout the night. In contrast to what the ER doctors and the ECGs said, the app informed me that at the time I was very mildly stressed with good to excellent heart health. I wanted this specifically to monitor the stress, because stress is my primary trigger for my cardiac issues. This app wasn’t providing that.

I’ve got Apple Watch. Explain why I’d want to pay $7 a week to put my finger over a camera lens and the flash and try for five minutes to get the perfect alignment so it can measure my heart rate.
  • Not worth it

I tried the trial to see how energy is measured. It just adjusts it by time of day. By setting my phone to different times zones, my energy will change based on how late in the day it is. Most measurements really won’t be useful or accurate for the average consumer and are just gimmicks, let alone for 6.99 a week which is an atrocious price. Otherwise, it’s not terrible at measuring heart rate
