So far having a wonderful experience shopping on Whatnot. I had one seller that my card wouldn’t work with but the very next seller same day no problem. My bank said no issue with my card. Disappointed because it was a great deal and I didn’t want a bad relationship with the seller.

It is a very underrated app

Received an item damaged, it was a picture, the glass was broke out of it and due to the broken glass, the picture itself was scratched and punctured, the insisted I return the picture to them for a refund, which I did, broken glass and all, even submitted images of the picture and the broken glass, they refused to refund me saying it wasn’t broke, lost 100.00 that they will not refund

WHATNOT TOOK AWAY MY SELLING PRIVILEGES FOR SELLING ADULT COMICS. YET THEY DON’T FOLLOW THERE OWN RULES BECAUSE THERE IS STILL A LOT OF SELLERS & BIG SELLERS SELLING ADULT EROTIC SEXUAL NUDE BOOKS. INSTEAD WHATNOT SHOULD BE REMOVING SCAMMERS OFF THIS PLATFORM. I’M A 5 STAR SELLER WITH NOTHING BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK. MY CUSTOMERS WANT ME BACK. GIVE ME MY SELLING PRIVILEGES BACK. SYKODEATH

Whatnot has cost me hundreds in losses multiple times when I pay to grow bookmarks and pay to promote my show… then they do an update that’s not backwards compatible, their developers are not good enough and don’t know how to make things backwards compatible. What’s the effect? A seller starts a show they’ve paid a lot to promote, paid for sponsorships etc and worked all week to grow bookmarks…. Then the show doesn’t work — forced to have to exit the show tell everyone sorry it’s not working - exit app, restart phone, enter app again to no show anymore no bookmarks and everyone you worked so hard to build a show up for gone - then you rush to get all products loaded to a new show praying people stick around waiting as you load 100 products back into a new show - and NO they don’t wait they move on - wasting your whole week effort!!! And hundreds of dollars spent marketing for the show - and think whatnot refunds you for the promo spent they also charge for? NO - even tho nothing sold because you are there like a dummy not able to sell anything because of the glitches because the developers are incompetent at backwards compatibility - you guys have cost me hundreds in the past 2 weeks for this same mistake 2 times!!! Either sell your company off to afford more server space even if its amazon web servers or hire more developers or BOTH - keep up with your growth or Sell, cuz you are messing Up What’s worse is the bugs of crashed shows and no backwards compatibility causes not only all the bookmarks to be lost, but all the prebids and all the pinned products / you lose everything not only the $$$ you spend to promote the show inside the app but also outside the app- stuff they DO not care about or even think about because I bet 99.99% of the developers aren’t going through the whole process of being a seller from start to finish to understand how they screw us over with having shows freeze, crash and bump out, or forced to exit because products don’t load - it’s happening a lot lately! I’m ok iPhone 16 pro max with 1000/1000 WiFi - it’s 100% your developers faults - hire better developers who are more skilled in backwards comparability when doing updates!!!

i’ve ordered so many cards for good prices and i will see them soon!! i got exactly what i wanted and found people who are selling stuff i’m looking for, it’s an amazing community and the people are great!!

You can find good stuff but it’s mostly 20-30% off retail. Not really worth watching for hours and trying to compete for bids
