    Customer service doesn't exist in this app at all no phone number to call no email to contact nothing you get the wrong item sent to you thats it you can't do anything about it even if u lose hundreds of dollars worst app to use ever also all their clothes shoes and stuff is fake.

    Had a dispute with a seller on condition of cards that were sent. I spent like 1500 bucks on cards advertised as near mint. They came moderately played. Seller would not refund me and I contacted whatnot directly and they refunded me every penny.

    Lost number due to carrier incompetence. Cant sign in or anything else. Open a different one to See if i can get ahold Of someone to help And all they do is restrict account.

    Hey, I just created an account and right after that, I got a message saying my account was locked due to some activity. But I didn’t even do anything—I literally just signed up! I don’t understand why this happened. If just creating an account gets you banned, what’s the point of the app?

    They have really nice things at GREAT PRICES, HOWEVER, the shipping and taxes are RIDICULOUS!! When you purchase 2 or more items, there definitely should be some type of bundle shipping offered!!!!
