    This is the best workout app. So user friendly and there is a workout for everyone and everyone. Alternative exercises, timers, warmups and cool downs. Everything is so well thought out! Great job Whitney and team!

    I’ve followed Whitney for quite some time and once I signed up for the free trial I was HOOKED! The layout of the app is perfection along with every program I’ve done so far (shoutout lift with Libby). The ease of clicking start workout and everything being in front of you and being able to swap out exercises if necessary is one of my favorite features. Truly love this app so much and can’t rave about it enough!

    It’s okay so far. A lot of it is repetitive. And i hate how it logs old work outs - I’ll complete one and then the day passes and it logs it as a rest day instead of documenting the day i did. And there’s no flexibility to switch days around. Yesterday i was sore so i took a rest day and wanted to do upper body today. I thought i could just click on the work out from the day prior. Nope, it’s locked as a rest day and I’ve lost access to that work out. Pretty annoying considering the price. I won’t renew.

    Despite opting for the voice cues, they never seem to happen. I’m so confused. I hate that I constantly have to grab my phone after a set to see what the next move is.

    I love this app. It’s perfect for beginners, and also veterans in the gym. No thinking about what your workout will be. The programs are amazing! I love the visuals that are provided with every exercise

    I downloaded this app because I LOVE seeing Whitney’s videos on tiktok - not knowing that it was a subscription which is a little disappointing because sometimes I don’t always have that extra money 🫠 I guess I’ll have to keep stalking her tiktok 😂

    I do love this app, it's easy to navigate straight forward and so easy to just listen to what it's telling you to do without needing to look at my phone. Sometimes I do accidentally skip ahead and when I go back it turns the audio off for some reason? If that could be fixed it would be great! If I could add anything to the app, it would be a macro tracker!

    I love this app so much. I’ve followed Whitney Simmons on social media and not only is she wholesome she’s uplifting. I’ve lost 35 using her programs and can’t wait to see more progress. The app is great, easy to use, instructional, and gives you so many options.
