    I actually really liked this game. I was only playing it for part of a promo to earn money but kept playing it after. There has been three times now that I’ve either won money, rolls, etc and gotten none of it. The support team won’t do anything. They just say you didn’t even though I have screenshots proving it. Deleting

  • Sticker Heist Reward????

    Normally I would give this game five stars, as it is fun to play and I don’t have to spend much money playing it. But the recent Sticker Heist event did NOT pay out a full album as promised and there has been NO RESPONSE from “support” since this happened three days ago. I am BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED and probably will not play this game anymore and will be happy to share what a rip off it is.

    With the amount of real money I put into this game I expect not to get cheated out of rolls. I won 9k rolls in the pixie forest mission and never received them. This isn’t the first time this happened. Sometimes in other challenges I’ll win rolls and not receive them. This game has the potential to be amazing but I’m not going to keep shoveling out a bunch of money not to get the rolls I’ve won- this needs to be fixed. Also why do my friends disappear on the ping pong thing where the peon drops down and has to hit the friends to get bonuses??? UPDATE: I received word back from the support and they said they looked into it and that it shows I received the rolls.. why would I complain about not receiving them then?!? After I finish up my tester up levels for this game I will not play it anymore- waste of money. Which is sad because it’s a fun game but not fun when you’re cheated out of things on the game esp when you shell out REAL money

    This is a super easy game to pick up and keeps you wanting to play more. It only has in-game ads (for in-game purchases, as opposed as ads for other apps) which aren’t too invasive. (Before you download, go to freecash dot com!)

    I like the game personally but the amount of pop ups is depressing. Do you need more rolls? Good, we’re gonna force you to go to the store and look at our deals on rolls. Next you’re forced to check out your piggy bank(you must pay to break it of course). I can go on and on.

    I loved this game when I started playing about a year ago. Every problem that the game had, they would immediately make things better. Fast forward to now, the team activities rarely happen, and this allowed you to play the game and everyone would move up with the game faster. They rarely happen now. Not long ago they started a friends card selection group where you would have to friend random people on Facebook, which to me is not only dangerous for adults, but for the children that also play the game. You also can’t just add your friends from your team which would make more sense. The moment you spend any money on the game expect to never get anywhere without money. My favorite part of the game is the pet part. I came to the last night and some 300 dollars on the game only to come up 95 cookies short from owning the pet. I could have kept the pet if I only had 40-100 dollars to spend because there was no way to earn it. You can only go through challenges twice, and after that you’re screwed, you need to spend more money. Now it’s almost impossible to actually get through the challenges because they think I am Made of money. In the last 3 months they have taken at least 40-50 thousand dice away from me because I was playing on 2 devices. Something I did not know I couldn’t do because no where does it actually say that, you’re supposed to set up the game with your Facebook so you can play on more than one device. I wish I could share the photos from my messages from my contact us pages that have gone unanswered for months. If I didn’t have the pets I have now I’d definitely delete this game, but I keep it because of the pets. I will not waste another dime on this game until I am given what was taken from me. Every night I have to screenshot my dice and coin count because I’m afraid they will steal them again. Well I was scarred when I had the dice, but now I just keep them low. This game should be for 14-up and not for kids. I hope they fix things to where things run smoother, but I imagine they have made so much money by now that they don’t care.

    I have so many complaints about this game but let’s just go with the most recent one. I completed an event with my brother which is called friends list or something like that. It’s where you and whatever friends you choose complete the sticker set together and are supposed to get a good reward for it. Well I completed it and the game didn’t give me my rewards which is a very common occurrence in this game. So I reached out to support and told them about it. I also told them I had screen shots to confirm my claims. They took one week to respond anything at all and instead of asking for my screen shots or trying to work with me, they gave me a spit in the face inconvenience reward of 175 dice and 25 million coins and closed my claim. The reward for completing the friends set was 10,000 dice+250 for the final sticker and a wild sticker, a new gold sticker, and a new super sticker. Their events are already impossible to complete unless you’re dumb enough to spend lots and lots of money on this game which in no way is worth it at all. Im constantly having to reach out to support because their game steals my rewards because it’s very glitchy and kicks me out constantly. People can attack me as many times as they want but I can’t attack anybody more than two times. Do not play this game!
