    Love the game. But it stop responding today. Keep getting stuck at 50% saying it trying to connect to the server. My internet connection is great! All other devices connected to the internet. Don’t know what happened with the game server?

    My favorite game and here’s why! No ads! And I’ve been playing for a few years now. Not one. Great customer service! I accidentally sold a production item that was going to be almost impossible for me to replace. I emailed them and much to my surprise they undid my mistake! You do not lose any progress of the main game if you don’t play for a while, and you don’t fall behind. You literally can pick back up when you want! There’s so many bonuses it gives you. You can earn coins and gems for free, and then use those to buy additional items or lives. It doesn’t cost you real money to move through the game, it can just help speed it up. There are several bonuses or packages that they sell that are so awesome, you’ll probably want to spend a few bucks! (I have!) It has an entertaining story line. At times it feels like it’s being dragged out but it doesn’t annoy me. It’s somewhat humorous. The only thing I would change currently is to allow me to start the automatic merge timer on my time. Sometimes I hop on to play for 5 minutes and it’ll start a one hour timer and I feel like I waste it. I have probably stuck with this game longer than any other game that I’ve ever downloaded!

    if you’re someone who likes to continue playing the same game for a while this probably isn’t for you. the game is great at first and doesn’t take too long to complete individual tasks but once you get inside the actual house and make progress through the first few rooms you will unlock a scarab box. these boxes only give you a couple items each and then break for good and you can only get them from completing tasks. i spent weeks trading for one singular task because the game provided no scarab boxes and to trade for a level 1 item from them takes level 10 items. sometimes you don’t get offered trades for what you need at all. i powered through this issue in the first room i saw it thinking it was something wrong with the game, but now there’s been multiple updates and it seems this was intentional to stop people from progressing. although i loved the game this issue doesn’t seem fair to users who put so much time into the game already. at one point i thought it would be the first game i finished entirely, but now im strongly considering just deleting to save myself from spending weeks at a time on tasks that i simply consider to be flaws of the game because the only other option is to spend thousands of gems i dont have just to probably get the same horrible tasks again.

    I have been trying for several days to open the game, with no luck. It stops at 49% glitches and restarts loading. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling no luck. So much for and update and special events.

  • Too many updates, no mansion room scenes

    Too many updates with really no improvement or any new activities. Sometimes there are new things but after over a year I'm sick to death of yard clean up. A woman posted she's played a few months and complains the same. Well she can play for another year and won't be in the house. No house scenes therefore no holiday or Xmas theme, so why do I need to bother with the update? Boring. I skip all the repetitive bird snap shot and bush side games, done them too many times. Update me for inside the mansion or I don't need to play the yard cleanup for a second year! Skipping this required update since everyone posts that it doesn't work. PASS.

  • Was decent — not anymore

    This game was decent for awhile but they’ve recently ruined it. They really monetized the game much more than before. I always support games with some purchases and that’s been true for Merge Mansion as well. But recently, it’s almost a requirement to make purchases if you want to progress in the game. I hate when developers do that. In addition, they’ve made random changes to some players’ experience by eliminating particular events. When I contacted support, they basically shrugged and said too bad for you. After playing for a couple of years and supporting the game through in-app purchases, it’s lousy to receive that kind of response. I’ll be deleting the game today.

    This game is basically a scam and works very, very hard to manipulate you into spending money but never delivers. Terrible game.
