    Love how there are so many workouts to choose from, I never get bored! I also have loved the support pregnant and post Partum. Best workout for at home workouts, I cancelled peloton after using this because I enjoy it more and it’s more economical!

    I can’t say how much this program has challenged me, encouraged me, brought me back to life on hard days and generally just been such a game changer for my fitness. I am a toddler mom, and also a weight lifter and former D1 athlete and was so used to workouts that just killed my body every day and left me so depleted and inflamed.     I love this app! I downloaded and joined the membership at the beginning of covid-19 and will definitely plan to keep it after Covid is “over”. I wish I had found it earlier. I still enjoy running on my own but Megan’s workouts are amazing for runners. She really helps with hip mobility which is huge and I’ve found a whole new appreciation for strength workouts. Her positive attitude always puts me in a better mood
