    I’m not summarily opposed to the use of AI in some contexts, but I have zero interest in using it on Facebook and for other social media and wish Meta would stop trying to force it on me. At least give me a way to entirely shut it off. I DO NOT WANT IT.

    Looks like the dev team finally is getting their act together and harmonizing the Mac app and the iOS app. The recent update is outstanding! Hoping they can keep up the good work :)

    Since new update, it caused the video chat freezing and the green screen keep appearing non stop, I, deaf person, wasn’t able to catch the whole conversation and I even have to repeat myself to other deaf person as well. Its frustrating

  • No Mini-View “Picture in Picture”

    Completely removed the mini floating picture feature. Can’t multitask at all because the video call takes up half my 13” screen and won’t minimize any further than that. I can either do nothing but the call or have the call running in the back but can’t actually see the person I’m trying to talk to face to face without the floating window.

    Messenger was performing well and functioning effectively until the most recent update. The latest update has caused issues with functionality for individuals who use adaptive technology or access Messenger on their computers instead of mobile devices.

    I communicate with entities around the world and now with Messenger irrespective of time zones, we can leave message with each other and pick up on conversations in or own respective time. The ability to have audio chats is ideal when following up on detailed messaging sessions.

    In terms of call clarity and international local voice, it knocks the socks off of mobile services and even whatsapp etc. I love how it sounds like the person I am speaking is virtually with me. This does not happen with any other messenger service I have tried, and I believe I have tried them all.
