For a paid subscription this app should always work. It hasn’t worked for over a week.

I had a glitch when my trial period was over. When I was charged on my Apple account full membership it did not transfer over to my email. So I had to use a new email and I lost about a week. The strap on my band has failed after only a month. The Velcro on it has failed so I’m using a clip to keep it together while I ordered something that I hope works better. This is something that your product department should look into because I’ve seen a lot of people that are not happy with this straps situation.

I registered, connected the scale to my phone but the handle show error reading. Do not buy this scale.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app since the last update. Not able to see the saved data. I liked the old version better. Had been using it for years and live it. Now not so much. Frustration every time I use it!

Love this device! It's been so useful in helping me tailor my workouts and track overall progress.

Took a bit to get used to the app. Been using the scale for a few weeks and am very happy with it. I wanted to see my numbers and track changes as I work to get back into a healthy routine after a few years away. The reports are easy to read with a lot of useful information a click away. My physical therapist liked the reports commenting it was great that they are easy to track individual progress without comparing/competing with a bunch of strangers. I’m thinking about adding the Hume band for stats my Apple Watch lacks. Overall happy with purchase and getting family members involved too.

Have been using the Hume scale for just over a week thus far. Liking its ease of use and all the information it gives regarding body fat analysis and hydration! Seems great so far and has helped me understand my fitness beyond just weight. Only wish I could get the full reports without a subscription but even without one, the standard info is still helpful.

Just been using this a few days but it is soooo helpful to see the trends which I would never see if I was just weighing myself daily. I’m no longer bummed by a mere scale reading which says nothing is happening even as the weight fluctuates up.
