    Don’t waste your time. Don’t know why i even gave this a try, of course if you’re offering $45 of “free” money it was tempting to try, but as I expected the $45 credit is bogus, they’re just trying to get you to download the app and hike up their download numbers.

  • 103% CPU Use

    Nope. My fan goes on turbo speed when this is installed, using 103% CPU. Capital One App also promised $15 credit to download, yet no reward given. SCAM. Use Honey!

  • Warning: drains battery by running in the background

    This extension is alright but the downside is that it runs in the background and eats up battery and cpu usage while causing extra heat.

    This seems like a borderline scam. They promised to give me $30 if I installed the extension. I did, and they don't seem to have given me anything or even acknowledged that I installed the extension.

  • High CPU Usage

    This review is strictly related to the app. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro that I couldn't figure out why was always working so hard and would get hot, even if I just had a browser and a Word document open. I would close my laptop and come back hours later to the fans on high for absolutely no reason. When I looked at my CPU usage, that was the only thing with super high usage. Once I uninstalled the app, all is well. After looking at other reviews and googling this problem, it seems to be a LONG STANDING ISSUE (over a year) and very common. Pretty ridiculous for Capital One not to address this. I love saving money through this tool, but will stick to using it on my iPhone.

    The app promised several rewards for signing up but after going through all the steps (giving them unfettered visiting to all my web browsing on every web site) there was no payout.
