快连VPN

Good connectivity from China. This is the key trait. Many VPNs with higher pedigree are struggling with this. I have to check how will it deal with higher volume of uploads to social networks that I work with. The part that is causing me grievance is the 2 device limit. The app shows 4 slots. But only 2 are available. It leads to a false expectation that these will be unlocked with premium purchase while this is not the case. After talking to customer service the vague playbook they have been given offers 0 explanation as when users can expect this to be activated. There is no plans of being able to purchase an additional slot. There is just a big nothing in that regard. I have a laptop, phone and iPad. I want my basic devices to use the service. I don’t think this is insane to expect. Until this changes and I further test the connection two stars remain in place.

付费了多次，还推荐了身边朋友付费。但开始宰杀老用户，我用 VPN 不就是用 AI 嘛，昨晚下载 AI 大模型，就几十 GB 就判定我在恶意攻击，账号就直接给封了，和客户沟通多次也给不出合理的理由。建议大家不要用了，换其他的吧。

I’m the old customer of this app. But when I wanted to renew my subscription, I couldn’t because They only have an online pay option. I only can pay with apple pay and they couldn’t help me.
