    Something genuinely any other camera I’ve ever owned seemed to tackle with ease.. but other than that huge issue, it’s a pretty good camera and fairly accurate from the outdoor unit I have. Subscription service isn’t crazy expensive but the entire idea of not providing as much security as possible just for the opportunity to seek you more for a monthly premium is pretty parasitic seeing as how they already profit form the purchase of the cameras in the first place but that’s everyone nowadays huh.

    The app and program offer wonderful features for the price. I’m considering buying another one for the patio. It’s great watching the footage that’s around me. The visual is clear, the sound is outstanding and the battery last a while before the unit have to be recharged. Customer service at the moment is awesome; hoping they don’t change. Great product!

    In VicoHome app, after successful connecting to view the camera, it keeps reconnecting every few seconds! It was working fine until these past few days! Please help!!

    The camera is very clear both day and night. The sensor is also very good. It came with a hummingbird attachment which is cool. There is a subscription you can do that has more perks then the free membership

    I purchased your camera with solar panel on Amazon. I had an issue with the charging cable for the solar panel as it was not connecting and I wasn’t able to get a charge from the panel to keep my camera operating. I contacted customer support and explained the issue. They emailed me that they would send a replacement cable. I just received a whole new camera/solar panel/charging cable. I did not expect that! The camera has a great picture quality, and love that I can move the camera to pan out and get a good view of my property. Highly recommend this camera and I appreciate the good customer support.

    I have an issue with the c plug on the rear of the camera. Vico does not handle that but they quickly sent me in the right direction to the folks that do. Much appreciated.

    First couple of days had to restart. Went offline for no reason. Now I just added micro sd and I can’t even access the camera nor videos! FRUSTRATING!

    Camera works well. But picks up every little motion including wind and rain. There should be a setting for how much the user wants picked up. People animals things like that but paper or a branch moving is too much.
