    I don’t like that you have to have a monthly subscription to get all the benefits of the security camera I bought and paid for the camera. It’s my camera. If I put a SD card in and choose to have storage locally, I should be able to do that and have all the options and control available without having to pay every month. Period I have paid subscription at this time but as soon as it ends, you will no longer receive any money from me and when I buy more cameras, they will not be from your company so you’re losing out on future sales. I know this is how you generate income but how about $50 for lifetime subscription? More people would be inclined to buy that instead of opting out like I’m choosing to do. and again too much lag time they need to respond quicker.

    The newest app doesn’t recognize a bird more than half the time and when it does most of the time doesn’t identify species. Not sure it’s worth the money.

    I have 3 cameras & love everything about them except twice already, I’ve stopped receiving notifications. I checked my phone settings & the notifications are turned on as well as the settings on the cameras/app but I don’t receive them on my phone. I can see there are new clips when I’m in the app but I won’t know unless I constantly check. The first time I had to uninstall then reinstall the app & I think I’ll need to do that again. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.

  • Don’t subscribe to AI Bird Recognition

    We got this as part of a “smart “ camera in a bird feeder and subscribed to the AI bird species recognition service. While the camera part works as well as any other on the market, the AI service doesn’t learn from its past mistakes even after repeated corrections have been entered. I’ve cancelled my subscription and would strongly recommend you not sign up for it. Save your money!
