    The games does not stay up long enough for me to send a message through the game. I open game try to go into anything and it crashes. I love this game but the crashes is very tiring.

    Hey I just want to let you guys know that I love you this game although I miss that ads option thing when I do the tower of riches feature (it makes it easier than using your hard earned gems when tackling a witch)

    This game was fun and addicting until it started to have a problem during events where the game would crash and then it would not open again without immediately crashing. This meant no screen shots could be captured and the game had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. The game reports that it is connected to cloud save and actively backing up, but lost months of progress. When I submitted a ticket they wanted screen shots and I explained that the game would crash before it finished opening so I couldn’t get screen shots. Then, they said “they are putting the best effort for a quick resolution”. That was over 3 months ago and they never reached back out to me, I had to continue to ask for an update. This was the 3rd time I had this issue and they still haven’t figured out how to fix the cloud save let alone how to fix the bug which makes that cloud save of vital importance. They continue to tell me “ they are putting their best effort forward” but still not communicating to me and still not fixing the issue.

    App does not allow alternative sign in to Face ID. There is no way for me to sign in with my previous account because of this. There is no customer support for this game and if you try to contact zynga customer support through another game it will not send.

    Love it. Been playing for a few years. No ads unless you want to watch them. I’m getting closer to completing everything. I updated the game because it said new levels or events, but nothing changed. And the weekend event didn’t reset ☹️ Please don’t change anything that will hurt the progress made through out the years I’ve changed my review. Used to be a fun game until the money making attempt with too many updates. Now when I play the game, my phone gets so hot it shuts off. The playable screen size has shrunk due to money making attempts. If you’re not forced to update, don’t do it!!!!!! It ruins the game and no new levels are ever made. Just more money making attempts. Shouldn’t have raised the prices, I would have paid $5-$6 for the monthly thing

    This game is so awesome but I can’t afford anything like the gems. Also it’s soooo annoying that I have to have a certain amount of power to do events like that is sooo annoying and unfair also luna’s trade is basically a way to get items for those of you who play but don’t use the trade. I also hate how you have to have a certain amount of composes to do the levels. Please read and enjoy this game bye! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ps. Please fix!
