    I love this game so much-I’m at level 3,402 and have 616 snowflakes! The problem is, my game is now Frozen (and I don’t think by Elsa…) I can’t play levels, spend snowflakes, decorate, open the settings menu or in-game shop. I’ve tried closing the app and shutting my device, but nothing’s helped. I’m playing on an IPad, and I have plenty of storage space. I don’t want to uninstall the app and risk losing all of my progress. Please help me recover access to this amazing game!

    This was my favorite mind eraser…… until it stopped working. It’s been completely down and frozen (no pun) since JANUARY. it’s March. The emails to the company are generically answered. I’ve rebooted. I’ve turned it off and turned it on again. I’ve bought a new phone. I’ve blown in the phone. I’ve thrown the phone. Nothing. Cute that the “updates” keep coming in. Cuter still that the updates don’t update. Billing you for the new phone.

    My game has been frozen for months. I tried all the troubleshooting and still nothing. Countless hrs and money wasted. Who is responsible for fixing or replacing money spent??? I know it’s not Disney since everything to come out from them is a waste of money lately.

    I have been playing this game for a couple of years. While I love the game, I hate the ads that pop up, after the first level you play, then after various number of levels. I play on iPad and iPhone, iPad runs ads, but iPhone does not. I sent in a complaint five weeks ago, if I get daily reward of unlimited lives or reward, I lose time because of ads….not right nor fair. They have yet to help me this. The latest issue was jamcity sent me 6 hrs of unlimited lives, issue is you have to play it all at once because time counts down, even though I logged out as directed. They keep closing cases on me with no resolution! It takes them 2-3 days to get back to you, but if I do not respond with8n a day, they consider case resolved and close it, without fixing issue! I give support a 1 star

    It took 2 months for a “resolution” to the facet that the game kept freezing, and finally nothing I did would fix it. After waiting weeks and not hearing back (and asking again), I deleted the game and reinstalled. That worked but I lost all 750 levels, even though I did same my progress through Apple. After 2 months they responded with “here’s an update and then closed my ticket very quickly. Worst customer service ever. Jonathan was the “customer service” person.
