    I have been using for a couple months and the app worked well. But as of yesterday, I went to update my alarm, and all hell broke loose. It kept jumping around from the time I was trying to set it, and the “sleep debt with each alarm” was showing me nonsensical sleep debts…Then I realized this was because every time I changed the alarm, it was increasing my sleep need. My 9 hr sleep need was now 15 hrs. Also, after making any changes to my alarm, the Smart Schedule button crashes the app. It took 5-6 tries before I could actually click it without crashing. I paid for a 1 year membership so I’m rather annoyed by these bugs. Please fix!! For now, I have to correct my sleep need every time I make a change to an alarm.

    1. Sleep debt - I had a few rough nights and my sleep debt is high. However I slept great last night and feel fine yet Rise is telling me I’m supposed to be tired. I’m not tired Rise, I don’t need to make up for 13hrs sleep. 2. Notifications to tell me when I’ll have energy vs dips. I can feel that, I don’t need an app to tell me. Nor do I need an app to put the idea in my head and now I’m on alert for being tired for no valuable reason. 3. The AI assistant is glitchy and unhelpful. 4. The app crashes. For a nearly 70$ a year app, that’s poor development. Overall, I see this app as something developed to prey on those of us with ADHD who are constantly looking for help. We pay the ADHD tax in the form of yet another tool that does nothing but send notifications to distract you, and cost you money. Then throws an AI assistant in there to jump on the buzzword bandwagon and get even more money out of us. Save yourself the time and money. Pay attention to your body’s signals. It’s free, and far more accurate.

    I accidentally paid for a year subscription and asked for a refund immediately and did not get a response. This app does nothing all it does it tell you to go to sleep at a certain time and you have to pay extra on top for the subscription for anything that’s actually useful. Also the sleep tracker is super faulty and doesn’t track sleep well at all. I haven’t gotten any improvement in sleep

    This app has so many bugs and glitches. The latest is a recent update which now causes moving your alarm’s time to change your sleep requirement. Trying to move my alarm from 6:00 to 7:00 moved my sleep requirement from 8 hours to 20 hours. This is one of many issues that seem to never be fixed, and I would not recommend wasting your money, as I have, on this shoddy experience.

    After I decided I did not want use this app any longer and cancel the subscription they still continued to charge me. Then I received an email from them stating they have canceled my subscription,yet four days later charged again! DO Not use THIS APP FOR THE FACT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL. Not good

    Going through the set up and while I wasn’t surprised it asked about gender as there are hormonal differences in men and women that affect health and sleep, the fact that it included “non-binary” and “other” proves that your answers don’t matter and the app is BS.
