    I had 100’s of lab exams that I uploaded to the app and now are sorted and digitized in a way to see your history in a graph for each item in the tests. A time and life saver. It has so many other smart features that makes this app my go to health app.

    None of my labs were pulled in from the Health app. There us no clear way to connect to MyChart. The screens are non-intuitive to read information. It asked the same health questions repeatedly. The intro price showed as $9.99 but I was charged $14.99. It is poorly designed and has insufficienct end-user testing

  • Beware of sneaky charges

    The app is an amazing resource and well thought out. I initially signed up for a 3 day trial renewing monthly at 9.99/month. I was charged the full 79.99+ tax for a full year after 3 days. I immediately switched to weekly and was immediately charged 9.99+ tax. Ok no big deal as a message popped up saying I’d get credited back the difference. I messaged in app support who instructed me to contact Apple. Apple refused refund on 3 different attempts to resolve. Ornament offered a letter on my behalf to Apple however Apple told me it won’t make a difference. I told Apple I have no choice but to dispute this charge with me CC company and they threatened to deactivate my Apple account. I told Apple they can go right ahead as I no longer wish to be an Apple customer after 25 years of being a loyal customer and buying only Apple products. What a shame. The app is great and I believe the people who made it are as well. It’s just frustrating that due to how the billing is setup that nobody can figure out how to resolve this issue.

    The free version literally has nothing to offer. There are lot better options out there. Total Waste of time downloading this.

    I think i value the summaries of my health situation. I just started so i do not have a complete profile yet, but so far it helps me focus on my actual, or on the rise problems. I thought this would be a duplicate of the Apple Health App, but instead is much more useful, not to mention that it is a good place we’re to keep all your testing & lab work in one place. I will have more blood tests done soon and I want to see the changes for better (I hope) or worse at a glance. ▪️On a different topic, I wish people would stop writing negative reviews based on the price of the Apps (in general); Apps have a cost, and developers need to be paid for their efforts like everybody. Moreover, giving negative reviews just because one can’t log in properly is immature. Please abstain, and respect the work of the people behind the Apps. Thank you all for reading.

  • Great idea; data is a mess

    Uploaded 3 PDF files, and the data in the app became a complete mess: missing values, duplicate entries, etc. Contacted support several times, but only the user (me) can fix this. Would have loved this to work well, but was quite disappointed with the poor data quality.
