Backbone — Next-Level Play

I was able to play all kinds of games through the Xbox cloud through game pass but now I can’t anymore just last week I was playing Riders Republic and Starfield but now I can’t even launch those games anymore. The only game I can launch Horizon5 everything else doesn’t work. extremely frustrating disappointing I just can’t have peace. I know for a fact it’s not my phone because everything is up-to-date so it’s either Backbone or the cloud is causing the issue.

iPhone Play was great at first and pay for 40.00 for the year, but my screen goes white when playing Xbox games. Seriously need to fix this. Works on tablets, but iPhone is the issue. Fix it please!..

Pro can‘t customize the back button, doesn’t have a gyro, and doesn‘t work while charging. Why is it so expensive?

The signing in is ridiculous. I have trouble every single time trying to signing it literally takes me over a half hour to sign in. Or I can’t sign in at all. And have to just wait another day

For what it’s worth, this controller is DY-NO-MITE!

So I wanna start off by saying that I very much like this product and do suggest it if you can get it on sale when it comes to the other products available on the market this product charges quite a premium now it could be justified. This product definitely brings a lot to the table, especially being able to use it wirelessly but I think for the price a few things would be greatly appreciated one since it has a battery possibly some type of capture enhancement so maybe some local storage on the controller so that you can after the fact which is a PlayStation does this phone some other people do this but after the fact, maybe choose the option to record the last 15 seconds of gameplay to do so this would require local localized hard drive space on the controller. I believe this could be done with a minimal amount of hard drive space and like I said, limited to the past 15 maybe 30 seconds of gameplay another thing joysticks are great. I love the the fact that it is a much bigger controller, though I wish the joysticks could be a higher quality so after time stick drift isn’t an issue though that’s asking quite a lot and then finally there’s a lot of other things I’d like to say, but I would like to see reactive triggers. I think that that’s something that could’ve been incorporated. You don’t need to do rumble because most phones will vibrate him to give that effect but this the ability to have feedback on the trigger would be excellent. Also, one big thing that I’m running into and I’ve not found a solution to is mapping the two additional back buttons to auto sprint now on most games. This is pushing down on the left joystick and also pushing it forward so that would be L3 and forward so there’s no way to actually program this into a button, this would save a lot of people the problem of over using the left joystick and causing stick drift if there would be some way to incorporate assigning that button to also replicate a joystick movement so that you can sprint with that button basically that would be excellent. I believe that incorporating any one of these suggestions could bring this product to being worth the retail price that is being asked of it and this is my very most honest opinion.

Best thing. That can be added is just a more seemless Home Screen, and maybe ability to remap the middle button on ps5

It quit working on my iPhone 16 Pro 6 months ago. I tried all the troubleshooting and fixes and nothing worked. I sent it in to the company and they sent me a brand new one. It didn’t work either. A complete wast of money.

None of the games work through the app no matter how many times you hit the button it will not launch and it constantly tries to get you to resubscribe the service even if you’ve already subscribed and then we will try to hit your bank account for $40 even though you’re not subscribed.
