    The idea of the app is sound. But there are a lot of things that can’t be done through it that require poking on the calendar itself. The app is also horrible about crashing or forgetting what device is selected while you are using it.

    Why can I not download the app on my wife’s iPhone unless I pay an undisclosed amount to access it? Every time I try to download, it asks for a payment and won’t even say how much. I already have the calender, why do I have to pay to use it?

    The setup is an excessively complicated multi step process that fails at many points, so you need to start over. This is completely unnecessary.

    Sent invites, did not work, could not receive photos, email did not work. Dumb system, cannot use phone numbers either

    App keeps crashing every time I try to sync my calendar from my phone! Very frustrating!

    I begged my husband to buy me this for Christmas. He did. A $300 gift should NOT require a $95 YEARLY subscription…. absolutely insane. 0/10 recommend.

    App walked me through the setup ok but the device sucks. It powers on and stays on a blank white screen so I can’t enter the activation code

    You cannot add people to new frames. Unsure what happened but haven’t had this issue before. Will they fix it before people return them after Christmas? I guess we’ll see.
