    The app is really helpful before when the QR code on the camera was faded the app provided a QR code for the camera to scan and reactivate on a new WiFi network. Problem was easily resolved without having to contact customer support.

    I’ve had two of these cameras now the first one completely quit working. Renewed my monthly service and now it still won’t save to the cloud storage. Customer service is nonexistent. They simply don’t answer no matter what you do. Highly recommend that you stay away from these cameras they refuse to respond to their customers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  • PROVEN FRAUD – Seller’s Own Support Rep “Mich” Admits It’s Locked, Still Lies to Your Face

    This app is pure fraud-enabling garbage. It exists for one reason: to lock you into the seller’s overpriced private data plans after they trick you on Amazon with “Supports Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile” lies. What actually happens: • You insert your own activated Verizon/AT&T SIM → the app completely ignores it and shows the seller’s secret Chinese eSIM ICCID. • Zero APN settings, zero carrier selection, zero way to escape. • After 300 MB of “free” data (gone in days), the camera turns into a brick and the app screams “Recharge now” with $17–$40/month plans on their shady Chinese payment site. • Refuse to pay? No live view, no recordings, nothing works. The app is deliberately stripped of every normal feature so you stay a prisoner forever. On top of that: • Constant disconnects and “device offline” errors • Cloud storage keeps charging $1.99/month even after you delete the app • Motion alerts miss everything important • No audio, glitchy controls, zero privacy (all your video goes through unknown Chinese servers) Apple: This app is actively participating in false advertising and subscription fraud. Remove it from the store before the class-action lawyers finish their coffee. Do NOT download. Do NOT buy any camera that requires UBox. You will regret it.

    Be prepared for absolutely no customer service. They promise you heaven on earth concerning the cloud base subscription service but you hardly get any. It tells you to contact customer service but they never respond to any written request. If I had the option to give a zero star, I would have chosen that option. Don’t be deceived with the 4.8 rating and the good review on YouTube, it’s fake. The company always blame the issues on either the weather or dust or anything they can think of but themselves. Remember to keep every paper and the box that came with the camera, they always ask for the impossible!!!!. Don’t sign up for their subscription, it’s waste of money, your time and you hardly get any. Am about to dispute with my credit card. It’s not worth the hassle

    This app is easy to set up and navigate. But for an app that I’m paying for, I’m unable to save videos - if I try to save different 30 second videos, it always saves the same one. Given that’s my use case, 2*. But otherwise, the Apple AI preview is fair - it’s good

    No fuss app, can easily watch my camera from my phone. I wish I was able to see on other devices like my tv, or had the ability to get notifications to Alexa smart speaker.
