    Before I said I couldn't log in, now I can. App is fine except with my iPhone 12, the 1080 camera doesn't play smoothly. In the 10 second clip I see, maybe 2 frames total. My origional cam, thats 720 I think, plays back smooth every time.

    For the past few weeks, my Kami Home camera doorbell camera has not alerted me when people are at the door. It used to work fine but now doesn’t alert me. Also I have searched for a phone number for customer service and can’t find it anywhere. It seems to be AI only I would like to get my money back for the rest of the year and will be moving to another more reliable doorbell camera

    I’ve had my video doorbell for almost a year. It came in my cove security bundle. It worked great up until recently within the last month it seems to disconnect and reconnect itself. So there for no alerts/notification of activity gets recorded and sent when this happens for hours at a time. I have to download the last alert to possibly see anything after. Unfortunately sometimes that doesn’t work. Called about the malfunction. And was met with what I felt was an interrogation about the equipment. I understood questions needed to be asked. But i shouldn’t feel like I was doing something wrong by calling to report faulty equipment. Needless to say. The issue hasn’t been resolved.
