    Please stop with the advertisements. Your app is absolute trash and completely unusable. I’m about to throw your trashy cameras away due to the app.

    The app without a subscription is nearly unusable when using new the cameras that I paid for. Adds are not skiable for several seconds, and you get a new add every time you switch from one camera to another. I fi hear something outside at night and go to check my cameras it takes almost a full minute before im looking at a camera feed. Also, there is no landscape orientation view when using the app on the iPad. I highly recommend looking h at a firmware hack called “Yi Hack” to be able to use these on another app without adds.

    Used to be decent, but now is so chocked full of ads it is unusable. Requires a subscription to access anything besides a live feed after 15 to 20 seconds of trying to get past ads. Avoid at all costs.

    If you’re trying to review the camera’s motion notification log you get hit with a bunch of advertisements from many companies. So someone could literally be breaking into your home and you can’t see it because of the constant ads displayed even after you closed or reviewed ads. Its a horrible security issue

    This app used to have no ads, then very minimal, but now, it’s like your computer has a virus and ads constantly pop-up after ever little thing you do. Super frustrating

    When opening the app, i have to watch an add for 15 seconds or more. It wasnt the case when i just bought the cameras.

    I used to like it. Both their cameras and the app. But they have been trying so hard to push you to buy their cloud services. It requires you to watch a lot of ADs before you can use the APP. That makes it very difficult to use! I was in an urgent situation, but I still need to wait minuets to view the clips. That makes people crazy! I am changing to other brand! Don’t buy this brand!

    Used it for years and all of a sudden ads? Letting potential Amazon shoppers to skip this and won’t take down my recommendation till it goes back to how it was.
