    The app hasn’t worked right since I installed it. Other than that, they keep deleting my reviews, if you bought Eufy cams recently, send them back while you still can. This software is useless. If you are relying on Eufy to keep you safe, just understand that by the time you can see what’s going on in/outside, you will be too late to stop it. But at least law enforcement can use it to see what happened to you and your family. 18-NOV-24: Still useless garbage.

    After the app update nothing works. The cameras are fussy anyway. I don’t recommend these cameras or this finicky app.

    First of all used to be cold. Then they make you change over to this new system and sometimes and mostly the system doesn’t work at least for the outside the inside does work I’ll give you that but the outside doesn’t work. They need to work on a lot of stuff and ridiculously annoying stop giving me more ads when I’m obviously not happy with the product. Research other companies.

  • Events have all disappeared from the app

    I get alerts of humans or pets detected or people loitering outside my front door, but when I open the app none of those events have been retained for viewing. The only way I can see them is by tapping the notification that comes in, but after I leave the screen the video is lost forever. I have plenty of storage available so that’s not the issue. This started maybe a month ago, please fix it asap!

  • Needs better iOS integration and less intrusive ads

    Needs better iOS integration - just even simply adding widgets or accessibility via shortcuts would be nice. Too many steps to look at a video, or even open / control the garage. The app isn’t always responsive and so quick menu access via, say a widget, would be nice. Not asking to entirely bypass app, just have easier access to certain features. Also, I don’t need to be told every time I look at a video ways to browse the video. Show me once when an update is pushed, but then stop. It interferes with the video experience. Also, I know referring someone gets me credits and I know there are sales going on - the app could find better ways to showcase that.

    This app starts by itself in background in macOS. No matter how many times I quit it, it restarts hidden. Uninstalling.

    this is apple fault for allowing iPad apps to abuse background working in macOS. even if I quit the app, it restarts silently in background by itself… this app is literally cancer, and I’ll just delete it and use the iOS version where they cannot abuse background running.

  • 4.9.31 crackle sound in video

    Since this recent update my video has loud crackling sounds. This happened previously a couple of updates ago, then it was fixed on the following update. Hopefully a new update will come out soon so that it gets fixed again.

  • Way too many issues

    We had an intruder at our house tonight, the cameras alerted me on my phone but all the video footage was deleted without me doing it.. It didn’t save one video tonight.. Now we have nothing to give to the sheriffs for evidence… The cameras are constantly mistaking cats for humans… 5 of my solar cameras aren’t even picking up movement… this app is pretty much junk…
