Thank goodness, I have never had to use their services, but I enjoy the peace of mind knowing that they are here if I need them.
  • Norton is a very confusing company. Too many separate product options add to the confusion.

Why? As a software engineer, I would never make a user’s experience terrible. Does Norton even test the password reset feature? Probably not, but it’s useless with the app. Try it for yourself.
  • No warning about expiration of license

I had a Norton 360 contract for 5 devices. I had 4 covered. And suddenly realized I wasn’t covered anymore. When I paid the bill only 1 device was covered again. This is a nightmare to be starting over again! Having to do each one!

They alert you when to update so cybersecurity is on point. If they offer me a good Black Friday sale or I will try another cybersecurity.
  • Poor tracking & customer service

I’ve had an account for years but recently tried to add an additional account for my spouse’s investments. After several hours on the phone over the course of a week they still could not connect accounts from one of the largest investment firms. Service reps seem poorly trained and were never able to resolve a single problem. One call was disconnected when they were supposedly transferring us to an “expert”service rep. So we canceled the account which required another lengthy phone call. I now have a separate seemingly unresolvable issue with the account I still have where it fails to recognize a valid password. Unless you have a couple hours per week you can spend on the phone with these folks and an extremely high frustration tolerance, you may want to look elsewhere. Bottom line, they are not able to track 2/3rds of my investments but still charge me full price (Premium package).
  • So tired

I am so tired of enabling face recognition only to be asked for my password EVERYTIME. So annoying.
