    Will not support multi factor login. Accounts constantly disconnect, customer service never reaches out but one time asking for a screenshot but no follow up. Overpriced for a password manager but it is my favorite. Don’t expect much service or fluidity on many factors.

    How can you trust a company to protect your identity when their system, website, and apps are all buggy, and their customer service is inept? I had an annual Norton 360 subscription that automatically renews, but decided to cancel because they keep jacking the price way up every year. I cancelled more than a month before the subscription was set to renew. I immediately received confirmation of the cancellation, and simultaneously received a charge to my bank account for the annual renewal. Support claimed they had already charged me for the renewal before I cancelled, which I can prove is a lie because I have the date and time from the bank. Norton charged me immediately after I cancelled. When I asked why they charged me more than a month before my current subscription expired, they claimed that was to ensure there wouldn't be an interruption in service. As if it takes more than a couple of days to process a charge. They also wasted a considerable amount of my time giving me the sales pitch, despite the fact that I told them repeatedly I wasn't interested in renewing and just wanted the refund that was due me. Once that mess was finally resolved I decided to purchase just the stand-alone lifelock subscription. I submitted the order on Norton's website, was immediately charged $239.88, but never received the confirmation email or subscription. Called their useless support and they told me to call my bank to get the order number so my order could be located in Norton's system. Called them back with the order number and they just kept stating that the charge was declined, and insisting that I call my bank. The charge is NOT declined, as both the bank and I can clearly see it's posted on my account. I've been a Norton customer for years, but this is the last straw. Their rates take a huge jump every year, their system, website, and apps are extremely buggy, they make it extremely difficult to cancel, and their "support" is nothing more than a bunch of inept salesmen.

    I was so scared after I’d received two texts and then a phone call about fraudulent activities on my credit card. Instead of talking on the phone or responding to the texts my first call was to Lifelock. They answered on the first ring, stayed with me on the phone as we checked my accounts, assured me it was a scam to get me to divulge information. Made me so comfortable! I really don’t know what people do without this other than to get scammed!!! 100 stars!!!

    Been a customer for a long time (10 years) and have always found this to be of value. Alerts immediately if something hits my credit or there’s an inquiry. Same for password and dark web monitoring! Norton is the best
