    I’ve used the app twice for round trip between California & Australia. It’s fairly easy to augment the standard “time-shift” to the new time zone we all do, with recommendations for caffeine, light exposure and rest. Be sure to activate Notifications for the app & quick reminders will pop-up to remind you when to do things.

    Use this. Zero jet lag on either direction from west coast us to Australia and back. Easy to follow, can’t recommend highly enough.

    Helped my partner and I quickly adjust to a huge time change (17 hrs) between our home in the US and Australia. I would 100% recommend it for your next big trip. We had barely any jet lag and a full first day of sightseeing despite arriving in Australia in the morning after 24 hrs of travel. We had been expecting to lose that first day due to being too tired to do anything, but this app literally gave us that day back! That being said, it’s not a magic pill: starting 2 days before your trip, you have to follow the schedule the app provides closely which is a lot of work. It essentially moves the jet lag adjustment to before your trip, and makes the symptoms lighter, so that when you arrive at your destination you hit the ground running and already adjusted.

    I was really excited to try this app as I am traveling from New York to Sydney later this year. But my flight has a refueling stop, and the flight number only showed up in the app as the first leg of the flight. I tried to explain to customer service that the second leg does not have its own flight number and asked them to manually add it, but then they stopped responding. It’s a shame.

    Paying for Ts is ridiculous it should be free it’s not groundbreaking technology to be able to tell somebody when to eat and sleep should be free. I will not remove this review unless I get life free pass .

    I used the app for a 12 hour time shift from New York to Thailand. Two flights and more than 24 hours of travel. The first couple days I was a little forgetful, and my legs were confused why they were walking around Bangkok rather than being in bed, but overall surprisingly little jet lag for the largest possible time jump.

    We’ve used this app now a dozen+ times in the past 2 years. Everything from 3-12 time zones. I don’t follow the process religiously, but do the best we can. The results are significant and allow us to get in schedule, both directions, quickly. No insomnia at 3:00 am. No dragging at 5:00 pm. For us, the annual fee is a value.

    We used this recently as a family on a trip to Japan. It worked really well! The instructions were clear on when to sleep, get/not get light, take caffeine etc. It helped us to feel energized right from the start of our trip. It was recommended to me by a friend who travels for work, and I’m in!
