    Loved this app for our trip to Switzerland! When I arrived I left little jet lag and was ready to enjoy my vacation. I also loved the notifications letting me know what I should be doing to stay on track.

    following the timeshifter leads to brilliant results! i felt sleepy at times however at no point was my trip disrupted by needing a nap or feeling delirious! highly recommend this for international or multi-timezone changes

    I have had great success with this app. Without using it, I arrive at my destination exhausted and unable to function until getting sleep. I have successfully used it twice now from the Midwest to Dublin, and a different trip to Budapest. Both times I arrived from my overnight flights ready to hit the ground running. I didn’t sleep much on the flights but still arrived very rested. I highly recommend this app to my friends and family.

    I have used the Timeshifter app the last two times we have traveled to SE Asia (DaNang, Bali) and it has made a massive difference in our ability to be active and productive almost immediately. The jet lag after almost 20 hours of flight time and 12-14 hours of time change is so much more manageable because of the schedule Timeshifter sets up for you. The last time I traveled on a long haul without using it was on a trip to Tokyo, half the length and half the time to get there but it took two full days to recover…never again. Just enter the dates and fight info into the app and it does the rest. Follow the simple daily and hourly steps and you’re golden. “Pro-Tip” - start your trip in the evening on the inbound portion of your itinerary, you’re body will naturally want to sleep some and it keeps you right on schedule. I can’t recommend this app high enough. Give it a try. You won’t regret it.

    As a retired sleep physician, I can attest this app follows the latest science on adjustment of circadian rhythm to a new time zone. As a user of the app, I have found the recommendations to be very helpful in flying both west and east (though I always struggle more with the eastern direction). In addition, the recommendations are reasonable and actually practical. Highly recommend this app!

    If you ever read Ehret & Scanlon’s book, this is the easiest way to follow their guide — with the modern twist of (optional) times to take melatonin to aid in the transition. Just finished a three day trip to +9 hours away and feel great!

    The demo flight seems helpful, but inability to use for private aircraft flights is a huge disappointment.
