    It’s amazing how small the changes are that eliminate jet lag. I flew from the East Coast of USA to the East Coast of Australia and back with no jet lag either way by following the Timeshifter app. It’s a game changer! I was able to return to work the morning after arriving back in the States with no problem. This really allowed me to maximize my vacation time.

    I used this app to help guide me as I’ve struggled with brutal jet lag in the past. I was amazed at how effective the simple things were. I followed about 80% of the plan as I couldn’t nap or sleep exactly when instructed. Will use again!

    Running latest version on iOS 18.5. Just shows white screen when you open it. Same after restarting app and phone. Same thing for my wife. Even their support form on the website does not work.

    Spent 3 weeks in Europe, & was dreading coming back home. All of my friends expressed the jet lag would be tough on my body & would need a few days to recover. I heard about Timeshifter from social media, & decided to give it a try. All I can say is Wow. You have to give it a try. I followed the schedule to a tee, wearing sunglasses & taking in light when it recommended. The schedule began a few days before I got home, & am now finished with the schedule. Not once did I feel the effects of jet lag. A 9 hour time difference gone in the matter of a few days. I recommend this app for anyone traveling across time zones.

    I’ve used Timeshifter 3 times in the past year going roundtrip US/Europe. The app is simple to follow and if you do as it tells you…. it really works! First time I used it I sorta followed it and I did notice a difference. Then the second two times I followed it closely and I felt almost no jet lag. Highly recommend

    I use this app every time I travel internationally and recommend it to everyone I know. It’s easy to use and prevents my jet lag every time. My only suggestion is to include shorter trips, too. Even a two hour time change (i.e., within the US) throws off my sleep considerably.

    My husband found this app and we used it for our first trip and both of us slept through the night right away. Usually we’re up from 2-5am for the first three days of a trip to Europe but not this time!
