    I used the Timeshifter app for my trip from SF to a Portugal and then Barcelona back to SF.. I followed it to the best of my ability and did not experience any jet lag whatsoever ! 5/5 would recommend the app and plan to use it for my next trip. I’m starting to work night shift next month and plan to use the Timeshifter work app, excited to see how that goes!

    I used this app several times while traveling through numerous time zones. It has been very effective in minimizing jet lag. It is easy to use with notifications prompting me to adjust my light exposure, caffeine intake and sleep. It also takes into account my natural sleep patterns. Customer support is exceptional with prompt responses to my questions. I appreciated being able to use the app for free for my first trip. This helped me decide to purchase an annual subscription. I highly recommend using this app for travel.

    I used this app on my recent trip from Florida to Japan. I followed the instructions and input all my flight information, sleep details, and anything else it requested. The app handled the rest. There was no need to add more information for that trip. It does everything by providing reminders on what to do to adjust to the time shift and avoid jet lag. I had no jet lag at all upon arrival, aside from feeling tired from the 13-hour cramped flight. For the return flight, I took a day off to rest if needed, but I ended up not needing it as I had no jet lag. This app is fantastic. I’m not sure if I would pay a lot of money to use it since I don’t travel often, but the app definitely works. It’s set up in a stylish, minimalist way and is very simple to use.

    I HAVE USED THIS FOR 15+ hour time changes when going to Japan and Europe, I had very little jet lag and felt great when arriving at my destination. Please don't ever change or remove this app.

    I travelled from NY to Dubai and back within a week and had minimal jet lag. The app kept giving me timely notifications as to when to rest and when to get light or have caffeine. I don't think I would have felt nearly as good without it. Definitely recommend!!!

    Hello from my first morning waking up in London for a business trip. I travel internationally 6 times a year or so, typically 5-7 times zones. This is the best I’ve felt in years. First time using Timeshifter. It’s a must-try.

    This is my second overseas trip using this app. The first trip was from the east coast of the U.S. to the UK. The second trip was to Bali. I followed a much as possible & did not experience jet lag on either trip. It used to take me a week to recover from Europe & longer from Asia. I thank my supervisor for recommending this app & science for making it possible!

    If you find the app recommendations when possible it really works. On flight from South Africa to New York New York to Chicago. I followed recommendations and was back on schedule the next day. My wife did not follow and was out of source for a week. I in fact flew two days later to sfo and back a day later and was on pace. The shifter really works.
