    I’m going to recommend this app to everyone going forward. I just completed a trip with a 7 hour time change and by following the app’s suggestions I had almost no jet lag at all on both the initial and return trips. Valuable hours saved of not being groggy. Thank you.

    I’ve used this for 4 different European round trips, and if you really stick to the program, you should be able to minimize your jet lag. The first round trip is a freebie so give it a try!

    I tried Timeshifter on a recent trip. While I was not able to follow the plan 100% I loved the reminders for when to have caffeine and when to get daylight or try to keep things dark/ less screen time. I do think it helped me both on the way to and the way home from Europe.

    I downloaded and added a trip and the 'how to time shift' pop up keeps coming up no matter what I click which is making using this app impossible

    United airlines allowed us to try the app for free, so we did. As we were crossing many time zones (18!) we were concerned about jet lag. We followed the app guidance and on the outbound trip neither my wife nor I had any significant jet lag symptoms. We fly back in a few days and plan to follow the guidance as it worked so well for us on the way here. Recommend.

    When I booked my flight to Australia, I downloaded this app. I had a rough experience coming back from Japan a few years ago, and I wanted to make sure I didn’t repeat the same mistakes. I I followed the plan about 85%, and had no problems transitioning onto Australia time. I didn’t need to nap, stayed up the whole day. I got there, and woke up early, but it was a nice way to start my day. Would definitely use this app again, particularly for very long flights.

    First time trying this app and what a difference this made to over seas travel. Last time we had a heck of a time adjusting, and using the TimeShifter app on this trip, removed that problem. When we travel next time, we will definitely do this again!

    Skeptical at first, this app really did work for me! It has such a great notification system to remind you of each step or phase to get your body ready. Traveling around the globe is time-consuming enough and tough on the body traveling through time, so this app helping me get the rest I needed when I needed it, was so valuable! Very grateful for the work colleague that shared this treasure with me! I’m sure you’ll be glad you used the app, too!

    I never write app reviews, but Timeshifter deserves it. I travel between time zones pretty often, and I used to spend the first few days of every trip feeling like a zombie — awake at 3 AM, exhausted at noon, and just overall miserable. After trying this app, the difference is honestly incredible. It gives really simple steps at just the right times — when to get some light, avoid light, take a short nap, or skip that tempting coffee. It doesn’t overwhelm you with information, but you can still see the science behind the guidance if you’re curious. It feels like the app actually understands how I sleep and travel, not just travelers in general. On my last long flight, I followed the plan as best as I could, and I actually arrived feeling human — no groggy haze, no dragging through the entire first day. I was able to enjoy my trip right away, which never happens for me. The design of the app is clean and calming too, which helps when you’re already tired and trying to adjust. If you struggle with jet lag even a little, definitely try Timeshifter. It has made such a big difference for me — and honestly, I’m never traveling without it again.
