    I’ve just used Timeshifter for the first time, for a week-long trip from NYC to Seoul, and it worked beautifully; barely any jet lag at all in either direction despite the 13-hour time difference.

    I followed the advice on this app for a 12 hour time shift and experienced minimal to no jet lag while my husband who didn’t follow the advice experienced severe jet lag. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling across time zones!

    Used the app to help me with jet lag on my trip to Australia using the free trial. It worked so well I bought the app have used it to travel a couple times since. I love knowing the science behind it, and the notifications are convenient and not intrusive. I recommend to all my friends that travel frequently.

    Before I downloaded the app, I just figured I would try to sleep as much as I could before the flight and that would help me the most. But the app gave me a schedule to stick to and I think it helped reduce my jet lag. It was a bit counterintuitive to start, but in the end I believe it worked out.

    Okay! Okay! So the app is simple to use, put in your flights (all of them), are you drinking caffeine or using sleep aides…and BOOM you have a plan to touch down in whatever country and not waste a day or two feeling out of sorts. Huge winner for me were the notifications “get sunlight”, “no caffeine in 30mins” to actually remind me of what to do. Needless to say, the shift worked and I enjoyed all of my Amsterdam trip.

    I have used this app flying from California to India (as bad as jet lag gets), to the East Coast and Europe. It really helps me minimize the impact of jet lag and makes my trips more enjoyable. The advice is well presented and easy to follow.

    I was shocked. Used it for a recent trip to Ireland. Followed the app very closely but not 100%. The plan called for sleeping on the plane and I could only sleep a little. The cabin was dim which helped. (Bring an eye mask which seems obvious but I forgot mine. This would have helped). Hardest part was avoiding light on the return plan. We were still traveling and seeing sights so I wore sunglasses as much as possible. Again, on the return flight, hard to follow the sleeping plan on the plane. The night I returned, I forced myself to stay up until bedtime and it was worth it because I had no jet lag on either end of the trip. I was pleasantly surprised as I’ve had jet lag in the past and being older now, I thought for sure I’d struggle on this trip. We were able to have a great first day and hit the ground running. Today is the day after our return and I feel fine. Highly recommend and will use in the future!!
