    DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS! It used to be fine. Worked great. Bought a ton of cameras for my whole house. Have the SD card so I don’t need a service plan. Now it’s non stop ads! Every hour there’s an alert for you to buy the AI service! Then if you have an actual recorded video they make you watch another ad! If you want to watch your recorded video you HAVE TO WATCH AN AD! Ridiculous and annoying! I wish I would have known they were gonna do this before I rewired my house for power for these cameras and ordered 20 cameras.

    Do not buy this camera or pay for the subscription. Camera fails after 3 months and you’ll never be able to get a response from China to cancel the subscription. Complete run around trying to cancel service. They only want to sell you more of their worthless product.

    Can’t rewind unless you pay for it. App will act like it’s going to load and then says something’s wrong with connection everytime!

    I signed up OK. When I tried to login it kept telling me the password was incorrect. So I followed the steps to reset password everything appears good. Tried to login again and same thing happens, it tells me the password is incorrect. 1st time OK could be me... But 2nd time that is not me...I don't have the time for this so I will have to fight this another day and until then I have a paperweight for a camera that I cannot use. Thanks for the frustration - and the waste of time...oh and I did try app support before writing this but just the stock questions and answers are listed. Of course I followed the steps and all went as documented until I try to login. there is no means of chat or real help..

    This app used to be decent. Just ads in the camera space. Not you have to see and ad for a 20-30 second window. This may not seem like much but when you are trying to check cameras when you're not home to see what's going on in an emergency good luck. I've had moments when I need to check on my kids outside and can see them until the forced ad is watched. Trash. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Better off paying for a real camera system where you can see at the moments time.

    I would give the app zero stars if I could, they charge me twice in the same month, don’t answer my emails and are still charging me even though I cancelled the subscription. I need someone from customer service to give me a solution!!!

    Everything is perfect except when I unmute the camera the most awful static / crackling sound plays so loud. I’ve tried moving the cameras all over, different cords/ blocks. Nothing seems to quiet it or eliminate it.

    Been using this app for about six months now, and now contains a plethora of ads, delaying you from accessing any live or recorded videos for an extended amount of time. He will also receive ads when you go to close out the application . The performance of the application in coordination with the camera is OK but the zoom function is quirky, certainly not comfortable to operate with normal size hands. other than that, the operation is OK. Unfortunately, the hardware failed after three weeks, will still show a picture, but will not(pan).
