    They charged from me 55$ and still asking for everything money omg,they asked extra 20$ for extra background check and again trying to charge money for another for another checks omg!!!

    I paid for their plan and attempted to complete the registration, but the system was unable to process my SSN. I later realized this was because my SSN had been recently issued and was not yet recognized by their system. I contacted customer support and was only advised to keep trying, which did not resolve the issue. When I reached out again for further assistance, I received no response. I also requested a refund and never received a reply. This experience was extremely disappointing, as I paid for a service I could not use and ultimately lost the money I paid.

    The filter option where you search for jobs isn’t the best. It could be refined. For some reason, a family reached out to me today but I can’t open the message to respond. The app flags the account as “No longer part of the Care.com community “ yet the family just sent a message. Not sure how that works. I tried reaching out via Live agent but I don’t get connected to any agent.

    My name is Gloria, and I’m honestly really upset and disappointed with Care.com. Yes, the app has helped me find jobs, but I almost got scammed, and that’s something that shouldn’t happen on a platform like this. I was sent a check that turned out to be fake, and it was scary and stressful to deal with. I pay $20 every single month because Care.com is supposed to be safe. That’s the whole reason people trust it. Getting scam checks from people on here is not right at all, and it made me feel unprotected and let down. Isn’t this app supposed to be good and secure for caregivers who are just trying to work and make a living? Care.com needs to do better. There are real jobs on here, but the fact that scammers can reach paying members is unacceptable. When you’re paying for safety and trust, you shouldn’t have to worry about being scammed.

    Back a few years this app was attempted of the caregiver in answering questions and concerns! Now they took so long in doing a backround check!? I have told them that I couldn’t go in to make a profile and the application has changed me multiple times you can talk to a team member in texting no calls !!!! Never had concerns until now
