    I did not subscribe for chair yoga or Pilates! I wanted to try Tai Chi because I hadn’t done it before. The sessions are too long. I wanted no more than 15 minutes. Most of the instructions are clear but I find the one with the “ball of chi” and instructions for arm movements to be confusing. There seems to be no other reference to the teaching of this movement. For this reason I have consistently rated the practice too hard.

    I have Sciatica, which inhibits me standing for more than 4 minutes. I thought I’d signed up for weight loss yoga, however strength and flexibility popped up and I LOVE IT. The sequences are possible for me to do without aggravating my condition. They lift my spirit and have reminded me I can still move. And the standing poses are short enough for me to do. I try to do my chair yoga before breakfast, but get to the kitchen where someone is cooking something that smells good. We have had guests for a few weeks now. Nieces, friends, and my son and his young family. Schedules have been changing, but I hope to prioritize CHAIR YOGA now that it’s just my husband and I home.

    Nice and slow. Helps me get in touch with my body and concentrate on my mind’s response to breathing through the exercise. I’ve had foot surgery and moved on to PT. My ankle and heel are still weak so I wondered if I could move through the exercises, I did and so can you. I’m learning to trust myself through challenge. I got through today, anticipating tomorrow!     The app I have is perfect for me. It keeps my arthritic joints loose, my range of motion good, and my core stronger. I feel my best when I use it daily. My problem is I have to do it early otherwise I forget ☺️. Don’t change a thing for me. I will get there in being consistent because I know it’s what I need. Thank you.

    Many activities are included beyond yoga. I joined for the Yoga to assist with my core, balance, and to use as a run warm up. As a senior this app provides a lot of physical benefit!

    I'm getting back into the chair yoga after some medical problems and I'm so glad! It's a little bit of my time! I feel better afterwards and a little bit of peace as well.

    This app claims to be free, and offers “in app purchases”. In reality, it is a recurring litany of fees and “renewal” charges plus you cannot simply unsubscribe. I haven’t purchased anything “in app” or otherwise, and cannot get untangled from this debiting of my account! What a shame!
