    I purchased Touchpix for 4 years in a row. I have an event at night and not able to reach customer service. Bad customer service. Touchpix change to new upgradeTouchpix but nobody to assist with questions and explain new process. I’m using another program moving forward
  • Navigation issue

    When I go to the gallery page and activate the online sharing, the back button disappears and not I can’t get back to the home page. Without closing the app. Once I close the app the sharing is no longer active nor is my connect to my Orca booth.
  • And it happened again

    since the update, I went through the tutorials, I’ve had it updated and I tested it through the system before the event to make sure nothing would happen and I get to the event set up and the app doesn’t work. i tried troubleshooting and still didn’t work. It’s frustrating to show up at an event and one of our products we offer doesn’t work and looks poorly on our company. I thought with the update that touchpix would work and have no issues. I was excited to see it working the night before when i was testing it. How can i rely on an app that’s not consistent. Not only that I lost out on getting paid from the event and now losing out on the monies i spent on the app.

    They keep doing updates that keep crashing the app or take away features. The printer won’t connect or the picture don’t upload. As a Photo Booth business, it’s annoying that I can’t rely on the software. I had to do refunds because the software wasn’t working. I do a lot of weddings. We will no longer use touch pix.
  • Get any other app but this one

    I’d give it 0 stars if this was an option after the update I can’t tell you how many times the app crashed or plain out didn’t let me even make an event. Customer service can’t help. There are plenty other options I rather get. What a waste of money especially since I pay yearly and depend on this income. I’ve lost over 10 events due to the app malfunctioning and plain out refusing to work. Don’t stress if you don’t have too don’t get this app
  • Video quality has room for improvement

    4 year user here. Don’t get me wrong, this is great software. The app does what it needs to do 90% of the time, and has some great features. Though the quality of the videos just isn’t to my standards. No matter your video/render settings, it still comes out grainy to an extent. If this was fixed then I’d give 4 stars, but they just aren’t as HD as the stock iPhone Camera app. The price is also unethically expensive in my opinion. Maybe have a sale once in a while, or give away some free weeks to loyal customers. This price gouging is just wrong though.

    I started off loving this app, but they do so many updates and no one is here to truly give you tutorials on how to use it after you do a update. It’s just so frustrating. I’m so upset right now behind this app. It’s messing up my event and there’s no way to fix itnow I have to give back a client money because I can produce what I normally produce out of using this app. The subscription cost too much to be dealing with such a big inconvenience.

    I just renewed for the 3rd year. It is now crashing and I can’t speak with anyone in customer service. This is just awful!
  • Need update beginners video

    There so many kool features on the app but unless you contact support with an idea you have and would like to know if Touchpix supports this feature, you will feel like a fish out of water. Liking the app so far once I get help and support
