    If you don’t have energy, you are unable to play the game for a long time. So I would advise to wait until you have the energy before you start a challenge.

    Similar to what has already been said, you need to increase the amount of energy to play. I waited for a while and when I checked, I had 26 energy. It had maxed out and I was so annoyed! Increase the max amount of energy. It also is very pay-to-win, because you need energy to progress further in the game, and it’s practically impossible to finish the game if you don’t buy energy. Please fix this.

    The game is fun, but it crashes all the time. I have to repeat a task every time it crashes. I’ll also say they need to fix the energy, it takes too long to get more, and it’s not enough to complete a task.

    Constantly shuts down middle of quest, then restarts. You end up having to do it 2 or more times - each time costing energy. Haven’t played in along time and am about to stop again for this reason.

    The energy goes way to fast and takes a while to get filled back up. If you could change it so that you have more then 24 energy, maybe change it to around 100 or more. I feel like that would make the game much more enjoyable. Overall I do really like this game beside the energy part.

    The overwhelming need for diamonds, gems and forcing players to spend real money completely ruins the experience. If there was another game that offered first person Hogwarts games- I would ask that to that instantly. You constantly have to stop playing to wait for diamonds to refill- because the game purposely designs it so you run out every 30 minutes.

    I would like to be able to friend people because my best friend plays but they are in the Netherlands. We loved to play together when they were at my house but now we don’t play as much and I miss playing together. I am far to the western part of the USA and we kept planning to chat and play together in Hogwarts Mystery. Thank you for your time to read this
