  • LOVE LiS but lots of glitches

    Been playing all the lis games for a while and the glitches do happen but they don’t affect the gameplay at all. I think sometimes it can be weird but they aren’t really bothering me. Definitely not as hard as LiS it’s a good level of solving. Also, I spent my money on the first episode to not waste my money all at once, but when I got to the bonus episode I had to pay $8 for the whole pass (already bought all of the episodes except for the bonus) but it’s whatever. Just don’t make us pay again, LOVE THIS GAME ANYWAYS.

    Don’t get me wrong the story is great just not the amount of bugs and glitches this game has I played blindly not knowing what controls or anything would be like to my surprise the controls are horrible no joystick, camera is also very bad I continued to play despite this, next thing I encounter is the option button missing leaving me stuck on Chloe’s clothe options for an hour until I finally got out by spamming the screen. One of the characters faces were extremely deformed and terrifying. Again, I kept playing despite all this. the characters being in random spots of the scene they aren’t supposed to be in, and disappearing during their dialog. And then the icing on the cake episode 3 won’t let me play it at all when you have to go into Rachel’s room it keeps kicking me out this episode being completely unplayable. Hopefully this is fixed eventually, I love the story it’s just maybe this game isn’t meant for mobile.

    Don’t play this game, the movements are hard to navigate and not like the first game at all, and after you buy the full season pass regardless if you played it or not they won’t let you refund it DONT waste your money.

    The dialogue is kinda embarrassing but its a good game. I wish they could get Life Is Strange 2 on mobile though.

    I recently played Life Is Strange on mobile and I loved it so I decided to play this one, but I couldn't even finish it because the controls were so hard unlike Life Is Strange this one only has one option and I'm not very comfortable to play with it. I didn't experience many bugs because I played it for so little, but I've seen people complain about that.

    I'm a huge LiS fan, and not having any other consoles, I was willing to try Before the Storm on iPhone even after reading the bad reviews. This game is unplayable and it shouldn't be on the App Store! The bugs are so extreme that they constantly put characters in the wrong places and positions (sitting down, flipped around or merged halfway through your character during even the shortest conversations). Joyce has one eye that always looks in a different direction, David can't even open his mouth when he talks. During moments that are supposed to be emotionally impactful, Rachel is suddenly sitting on the ground with a blank NPC stare or shoving half her head through Chloe's. Eventually there's a game-breaking bug that doesn't allow you to continue whatsoever. The developers are completely aware of this and have stated it's "not worth it" to fix it, yet they continue to sell this app for $9 on the App Store! It'd be one thing if it were free, but it's a slap in the face to fans for the developers to keep profiting off a game that doesn't provide the bare minimum to make it playable.

    The app keeps crashing in episode one while in the car with William. Additionally, the controls are incredibly difficult to use on a mobile device and the app will not allow me to “restore purchases.” Please fix.
