This latest update has the app frozen. It doesn’t open. Lot of good that is. Not!!!! I pay too much for this kind of inaction.
  • Spamware

This software is a subscription model for spamware that will try to nickel and dime you for small services that you don’t need. The only decent service is the identity theft insurance. Then when you want to cancel you’ll be directed in circles with each step forcing captchas interaction only to land on a page that you can’t cancel the subscription. Literally just change your passwords and buy a vpn and identity theft insurance and you’ll spend 1/4 the price and not install software on your devices that spams you about non existent issues that if you resolve with their suggestions you will brick your devices.

  • What are the “Device Security” risks?

There are risks under device security and I have no idea what those are. Can you make an alteration that tells us what those issues are? It can be pretty nerve wrecking if you think somehow in your phone.

Locations menu hasn’t been working. Seems like someone’s blocking this function from app to devices, also I notice the vpn Ip hardly changes.

Must double check every time I go onto Safari to make sure my VPN is connected, which it usually is not, it won’t stay on… The Apple rep I talked to on the phone tells me that their iPhones do not get along with VPN???
