    I hadn’t realized just how much strength I’d lost in recent months. I retired about 3 years ago and when I was working I was doing workouts and strength training 5 days a week. After retiring I got so busy with homesteading and all that goes into it that I stopped making time to strength train. Doing these simple, yet fairly challenging exercises ( especially for upper body) has made me realize how much strength and conditioning I’ve lost while believing all my daily chores were keeping me strong! Don’t give up on your strength training EVER ladies!!

    Easy to follow easy to adjust to your level of need. Only improvement i can think of would be to have instructions given in the 5 seconds before each exercise starts, not during the exercise

    I need help gaining weight, not losing. I completed the entire evaluation, based upon my goals to gain weight, yet everything with this app is focused toward people trying to lose weight. I need to figure out how to cancel this subscription. It’s frustrating constantly hearing and reading about people trying to lose weight

    This app is great if you work it. I lost about 8 pounds and feel stronger! I was not doing enough to improve my dietary intake. Pause the workouts and review the exercises if you’re not familiar. I wish there was feature where the app gave the exercise prompt, without the explanation, and then the little countdown at the end of the set while listening to your own music. I wish the food entry stuff were more simple but it’s okay. Also, the auto-renew subscription feature should be much more prominent and less hidden. Try it out!

    At 60 years old my brain thinks I can still workout like a 30 year old. BetterMe has helped me to slow it down and keep me motivated within my limits. As a result I feel better after working out but still feel like I worked out. I love this app!
